"There are 2 levels in my yard and the lower level is about 4 foot lower than the house so I was looking to put up a fence to prevent my kids from falling accidentally and also as requested by the home insurance policy providers. They were actually  2 of about 4 or so contractors we called that even returned out phone calls! I initially contacted four fence companies on Angie's List that made all sorts of claims about the variety and quality of the work they do. Two of the companies never responded. One called me but after I explained the project said they don't do that (really? Fence company won't install a fence???). Frank from Fence Rescuer called, immediately understood what needed to be done, and came out to my house within a couple of days. Communication was great. He brought with him high tech equipment to cut the fence to size. I never asked but he knew to bring cement. He spent several hours and made sure the final product was perfect. I could not be more pleased. I will use these guys for all fence projects going forward."
