TEXAS OVERHEAD DOOR

I could not have been more pleased. My garage door broke on Saturday. I called Monday morning and the repairmen came at about 1:30 p.m. They had everything repaired by 2:30. Checked everything over again before leaving. The response time was amazing and the repairs were done in such a timely manner. The quote given over the phone was what I paid, not a penny more. The repairman even checked my garage door opener and told me that it had been installed in 2000 according to the sticker on it. . . .just to give me heads up. I really appreciated that.

Excellent. They responded the same day, replace the sensors and did a service on the springs, rollers, etc. Talked it through and went for a door closer upgrade that cost me a third of what I thought it would.

Good job men. replaced new spring Hub sold me 3/4yrs ago was the wrong spring. But they did a great job and answered all m questions. I would use again and would very muck recommend also they had the material did't have to wait 2 week job finished the next day.

I tried to get three garage doors installed, and the salesman came the next day to look. Talked to Chuck, the apparent office manager, and he had given me nothing but excuses for not giving me a bid after I waited 5 weeks. I finally called and asked him when he was able to give me a bid (for he previously gave me many un-kept promises), and said he didn't need this abuse and hung up on me. This company is not affiliated with the Overhead Door Corporation; just using the name.

They did a great job. Very timely in meeting with us, ordering the doors and installing and inspecting the doors. I will use them again and would highly recommend them.

Professional, courteous, efficient . Really didn't want to replace garage doors, however, it was time. The experience was good. Would use again.

I don't know how they are now. They were great 10 years ago.

About 6 weeks ago they came out & replaced the spring that had broken. They also put a brace on the door as the door bent & bowed in when the spring broke. We knew this was a temporary fix for the door. Then 2 weeks ago 2 of the hinges broke. They promptly came out & put 2 new hinges on free of charge so we could use our door while a new door was ordered. They have the basic doors in stock, but we wanted an insulated door so it had to be ordered. It was ordered on September 29, 2015 & installed today, October 6, 2015, exactly a weeke from the order date. The installers, Bryan & Ky were very prompt, professional & the installation took about 2 1/2 hours. They hauled off our old door & made sure our garage was left as clean as it was when they arrived. Not even a screw or bolt was left behind. We had our door installed as Windstorm approved to 130 mph. We did not have it inspected at this time for the Windstorm certificate, but they did nail a bolt to the stud so if we do get it inspected later the inspector knows what type of bolts were used. If you want it inspected they will recommend an engineer for you, but the inspection is done at the customers expense. I was very impressed with this Company & I would recommend them for all your garage door needs!
