Call and left message ..within 20 minutes.. Mr. Flores return my call .. Two hours later, Job was done .. Don't want any new issues with my Garage door, but If needed .. I will definitely call Mr. Flores again ..

Fast and efficient

My garage door was in terrible shape.  It looked like a pretzel.  It was off at different places on both sides of the door and the pully chord was off of the pully and wrapped around another bar.  Flores came out quickly as promised and had my door working in about 15 minutes.  They knew exactly what they were doing, were courteous and very friendly. They will definitely get all of my future business.

Mr. Flores watched and listened as I raised and lowered the garage door.  It raised properly, but would stop about 1/3 of the way down and go back up after making a loud cracking sound.  Mr. Flores found the place where the door panels were misalgned and using a block of wood and a hammer, he realigned them.  Problem solved!

My sister who is currently living in my deceased Mother's house had a problem with the garage door going down. Finally it would not go down at all one night which meant it was left open all night. I live in another state so I could not help her. The next morning after looking up the Flores And Sons Overhead Door Service on Angie's List, I told my sister to call. She called and he told her he would work her in by the end of the day and would call her back when on the way. He called toward the end of the day and came by and fixed the door. He told her it was minor, he was in the neighborhood anyway, and my mother was a customer of his. No charge. Amazed to get this kind and considerate service.

Called Mr. Flores because our garage door suddenly quit working. He came out later the same day, identified the problem right away, fixed it and checked other parts of the door opener to make sure it was fully operational. Also replaced two garage door openers. Very pleasant person, very professional. He works quickly and efficiently. He is the go-to guy for garage doors. Fabulous service.

Exemplary service. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Answered the phone promptly, arranged a short notice appointment, and got everything fixed. They cut the springs to length themselves so you never have to worry about getting the right part. They even clean and oil all the moving parts to make sure your door is working like it should.

Flores And Sons came out to repair our broken garage door.  They evaluated the extent of the repair, retrieved the parts to repair the garage door and had the door operational within a few hours.  The door works better than it has ever worked before.  The gentlemen were very professional.  I  will use Flores and Sons again in the future for any garage issues.  Their prices were extremely fair.  I couldn't be more happier with the extent of the repair and professionalism.  A+ customer service!!

Mr. Flores came at the time he promised, replaced the springs and lubricated the rollers in my garage door, finished the job in one hour for $165. Very happy with the job done.

Very professional, polite, and thorough.

.After my husband decided to work on my garage door and fried the opener I contacted Mr. Flores and told him what had happened he told me to go and pick up another opener and he would be out the next day to install. The 2 gentlemen came out the next day and in just a little over an hour they had me back in business.

Our Garage door was 3 years old installed by another local company. When they wouldn't answer the phone to service our door we called Mr. Flores. He came out the SAME DAY - and repaired the door quickly - quietly and cleaned up! Super friendly and nice...I will certainly use his service again.

I had called them before when I could not get my garage door opener to open. They fixed it, were reasonably priced, and advised me that the door opener was old. It was too, likely installed when the the house was built in 95. I saw an opener that was on sale online, and I bought it. It also had great reviews. I called Flores, and they scheduled an appt on a Saturday because I work. What can I say? They installed it, and it works. Great job, great price. My two encounters with this company have been very very satisfactory, excellent in fact. They are good people, fair, to the point, honest,polite. I like them and recommend them.
