I so appreciate the extra service Matthew at Discount Locksmith provided. Not only did he save me money, he provided work for a home-town small business owner and introduced a person to me that I will certainly use in the future, all because Matthew was honest
- POP-A-LOCKLocksmith replaced 2 of our deadbolts and repaired the other 2. Very reasonable, he could have just replaced all 4 and made more, but he saved us money by repairing the ones he could. Would use again.
- Discount LocksmithWe made calls to the dealer who wanted considerably more to replace the key that only had a broken plastic so it couldn't stay on the key chain. We called two other local locksmiths, one who had an office and another also a mobile van, both wanted around $100 to make a new key since it had to be computer coded. The first said he had no blanks in stock, but would have them in a week and after several follow up phone calls to him, we felt that he was ignoring us and really didn't need the business. The second locksmith took too long to get back to us and he also quoted a higher price. We had already set up a meeting in mid Corpus with Matt because we live 60 miles from him and wanted to save him a trip. He met us, took about 20 minutes to code the key on computer and via phone with Nissan. He changed the original key to match the new one. Later we realized there was a third key that no longer worked because of the new coding to the ignition, so we called Matt Simpson and he was willing to drive out to our home, but I needed to be in town so I arranged another meeting and he smilingly met me, coded the third at no additional charge and our business was completed. We want to mention that every time we called Matt he returned the call within minutes. He also does video cameras, electronic access, recording equipment, surveillance systems. And has 24 lockout service. When we are ready to put surveillance cameras on our property, we will call him

"They have been great. They cover all appliances, heating, air, and plumbing. It is $60 for an initial visit to have a ticket open. They basically fix whatever the problem is, but any secondary damage, like in my case. I had a pipe burst. They helped me with the pipes, but all of the flooding, I had to go through my homeowners insurance as a result of that. It is a little bit of paperwork, but it has been working well for me.

<br /> I didn't do a whole lot of comparison shopping. The first year of service was a gift from my real estate agent. I don't think the price has been awful for what they have covered. I have just had great service and had no reason to change.

"Came out to my house quickly. The charged me $90 for fifteen minutes of work. The replaced a striker on the door and drilled out an area so at least the lock would now work. The gentleman was in a hurry and was talking on the phone with his boss about the next call he was going to. Nice gentleman but was in a hurry and overall, Could have done a better job ensuring the piece in the door frame would not come loose or not work again. He recommended someone to come out to look at the door frame if it begins to not work again. Also, did not clean up mess from drilling door frame. The owner of the business "Weston Wade "responded to this report by saying that I was advised of the extra service charge due to his location being apx 30 miles from my house and that I agreed to the charge. This is not true. I had no idea where their location was other than it was in Corpus Christ. No mention of the "extra charge" or I would not have aggreed to it since I wasn not in a big hurry to get the work done, just needed it done. If his employee told him that I was advised, his employee is being deceitful Overall would not use them again.

"He did an excellent job. He was always here on time, he did a good job, and I have no complaints. He left the place clean when he left and he actually did a few little things that he didn't charge me for. He just cut some PVC pipe and he built a little stool for me. The price was within reason and he was here when he said he was going to be.
