The sales rep deserves an Oscar. Truly. They painted a seamless, efficient picture—one that apparently the rest of the company never got the memo on. Once they had our business, the service fell off a cliff. Every attempt to get answers has been a labyrinth of passive-aggressive responses and hollow assurances. It’s now been over two and a half weeks and our belongings have not even left storage. That’s right—they haven’t even started moving. And while I understand contracts and policy fine print, no policy excuses the absolute black hole of accountability this company has become. We are , in the Business for helping our client , especially moving their Junker pile up to where their supposed to be, to moving from one place to another ( switching appartments) We got able health people to help out , lift things , and if a client wants, we do after sales cleaning, using environmental Friendly resources, our manger, is open to client Business idea( flexible, to improvement) . The owner , is an MBA Student and is very professional with the emphasis to legal adherence, regarding the company operations.
