Services we offer
We offer Local, Long Distance, Home and Office Moves. Our movers can help with packing and unpacking, loading and unloading personal trucks, large and small commercial moving, and help with moving items within the home for remodeling. Movers will provide the necessary pads, wrapping materials, and dollies required for the move.
Services we don't offer
Our movers are not required to unhook or disassemble washer and dryers, refrigerators, or freezers. Movers will not drain water from washers, refrigerators, freezers or unhook gas lines or water hoses. Transporting high valued items or family heirlooms are determined on a case by case basis.

It went wonderful. This company is highly professional and friendly. We are family oriented people and this company provided just that! Amazing, Fast, Professional, they also provided equipment to protect our TVs and mattress. I booked for 2 hrs, listen when I tell you in 100 plus degree weather, the guys were still fast, efficient, and gave us top quality. I will definitely use them for every move. Less headache and hassle. Oh yeah VERY reasonably priced too!

Nothing but good things to say about GXL Moving Company! My biggest worry during this move was my piano, which has been in my family for generations. However, the team came prepared with a piano dolly and plenty of padding. They coordinated perfectly to maneuver it down a narrow staircase without a scratch. When we arrived at the new house, they placed it exactly where I wanted, and made sure it was stable and level. I cannot thank them enough!

Moving is usually chaotic, but this time it was completely stress-free. The guys were organized and had a clear plan from the start. They loaded everything strategically, so it fit perfectly in the truck. My couch, which I thought would never fit through the doorway, was disassembled and reassembled without a hitch. These movers were absolute lifesavers! I was dreading packing up my kitchen, but they handled everything with such care. They wrapped each dish and glass individually in packing paper and then placed them in sturdy boxes with dividers. They even labeled each box with the contents and the room it belonged in. It made unpacking so much easier! They also used these special ramps to move my appliances, which was so much safer than trying to lift them.

Started out that AJ was suppose to come over to my apartment to look at my items for moving. He never showed up and never called me to let me know he wasn't coming. Next day he called me and eventually he came over to my apartment. I had stated to him that I had several heavy items to be moved like a refrigerator, etc. He looked around at all of my belongings and didn't see any issue with the move. Next I know, he sends me a 24 page contract with all kinds of exceptions stated about the final price. Unfortunately, I only read a portion of the contract-me bad. There's a clause in the contract that states that any item over 150 pounds, there's a surcharge of one our hour's billing rate for each item (Beware), thereby adding almost $700.00 to my bill. When AJ looked at my belongings prior to the move, he could have mentioned about the surcharge, but said nothing. On the day of the move, AJ calls me to inform me of a videographer will be showing up to film the move, but will only be staying 20 minutes. He stayed 2 hours and was filming the all around the apartment complex. Again never informing me until move day about this person. Overall, the management communication was awful/terrible. The actual movers did a good job, but never would I hire this company again. Buyer beware!!

The contract was 12 pages and we had a 1 hour conference call after going over the contract and I answered all of the questions you had. You confirmed to me your understanding of the contract. You agreed to a photographer; he was there for 30 minutes max. We worked hard to go above and beyond during your move and there were several items that we didn’t charge you for. We also allowed you to borrow several furniture pads. When the service was completed, you were happy with the discounts you received, and the additional courtesy extended. It is the business practice of GXL Moving Service to resolve any issues as soon we are notified and to ensure that you are satisfied with our services before anything is posted online. I’m not sure why you would post untruths. We were in constant communication and not one time did you share anything remotely unfavorable. Please remove this post as it not the truth. "
