I purchased a house that came with a hot springs hot tub. After a couple of months it stopped working. I search for a technician at various places and finally decided on Chuck Parchini who was very highly rated on Angie's list. I was not disappoint. Chuck drove over an hour to examine my hot tub, quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. Within a short while he returned and spent an entire day replacing the control board and panel. He also completely cleaned the tub and filters. Chuck charged a very reasonable price and his work was superlative. You won't go wrong hiring Chuck Parchini to fix your hot tub.

Hi Tech's owner, Chuck, is superman in disguise! He diagnosed my hot tub probel, a bad heating element, and repaired it with 90 minutes. The time included draining and refilling the hot tub. Chuck is an exceptionally friendly person. HiTech is roughly $2000.00 cheaper than Richard's Spa when it comes to repair work

He discovered the problem quickly and repaired it efficiently and also helped recommend additional products and items that will benefit my spa in the future.
