"within minutes, I received a call from the very friendly and professional Michelle. Calling me all the way from California! Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

"The two ladies showed up, on time and looked over the house and went strait to work. We've had cleaners come out, in the past, that seem to stay together and do a lot of talking a less cleaning. These two ladies went to different rooms and worked diligently. They also were friendly. Another thing. Past cleaners have asked for the house to be inspected, while they watch and then seem to linger, like expecting a tip. This service just finished and said they were done. Will hire them again, in the future."

"Came to give estimate. Did work the same day. Very nice and professional."

"They were absolutely Wonderful! Have used this company previously and each time have received exemplary service. They are professional from the person who takes my calls and schedules, to the technician who calls 10 minutes before he arrives and gets to work immediately. I have loved the carpets after being cleaned, they seem like brand new!"

"Artistic Touch was very prompt in calling me and setting up an appointment to look at my antique armoire needing repair.  They were on time and concluded after examining it that they would need to take the door in to be repaired.  They told me the  price based but it would depend on how much refinishing of the door was required to mask the repair.  They were finished in less than 4 weeks I and returned it at an agreed time and date.  The armoire looks great.  The repair is invisible. The price was as quoted.  I'm very pleased with the outcome.
