"This is the best carpet cleaning I have had performed by any carpet cleaner including companies such as Zerorez and others in the four years we have lived in our home.  I have two young boys and 2 dogs.  The carpets were not clean by any stretch of the imagination and in fact the boy's rooms were almost disgustingly dirty.  I was amazed as to the cleanliness of the carpets once the work was completed; and, to this date, I have not had any stains resurface.  I have recommended Mr. Lane's Carpet Cleaning services to several other people as a result of his outstanding work.  Mr. Lane's communication both before and after the work was performed was very good and as a General Contractor, I truly appreciate this.

Chris showed up right on time to get our service started. He fully explained the cleaning process and set realistic expectations of what could be accomplished with our carpet. The work was done thoroughly and quickly. When he was done Chris had us do a walk through. My husband had moved the sofa to the middle of the living room and this caused some confusion but Chris went back upstairs and cleaned where the sofa had been and also got a spot that was in my daughters doorway to her closet. He didn't complain at all about having to come back inside and take care of those additional areas. He did a fantastic job removing some make up stains my daughter had on her floor.
