"It was easy to schedule time for a rep to come out, look at my windows and provide a written proposal for the work. On the day of cleaning, I got a text when the tech was on his way. He arrived on time and got to work. He cleaned all my windows and doors inside and out. He cleaned all the window screens and solar screens. He was careful and respectful of my house. He didn't track up my floors or leave a mess. He answered all my questions. Everyone I dealt with was professional and personable. I've gotten lots of compliments on how good my windows look. "This is the second time I have used them and I am very happy. I had them replace a few windows after a hail storm and liked what the did so much that I replaced the rest of the windows in the house. David is exceptional professional and takes the time to answer all questions. The installation crew was great. They were efficient and the quality of work is awesome. There was a screen that came torn and David immediately ordered a replacement. One window didnt fit quite right due to some irregularities in my exterior rock. Ater discussing solutions David came up with a different way to install the windows and ordered a new one to fit better. I had a great experience and highly recommend David and Nova Vista."
