I was ready to replace the garage door. my car was inside. the door had a broken cable and the rollers were also the track we had already discussed the price of a new door before he came over to measure he suggested a repair would be possible. I agreed to the repair.he straightened the frame, replaced the cables and hinges and rollers, re-enforced and balanced the door. the invoice was about 20% what I had considered spending . he was very professional and friendly now the door is running smoothly better than before OK. I definitely will call him again

I called Premium Overhead Doors at 551 am. Isaiah returned my call at 611 am and set up an appointment for 8 am the same day. Two sections of my garage door were badly bent and a drum cable had snapped. I could not get it open even using the manual emergency method. He quoted me $360 to repair the door or $945 to replace it. I decided to replace the door and set up another appointment for 3 pm. Isaiah arrived on time yet again and protected my car in the garage first. Then he took down the old door within 30 minutes. It took another 3.5 hours to install the new door, but he did a great job and opened and closed the door before he took my credit card. Isaiah was professional and courteous the entire time. I highly recommend Premium Overhead Door to anyone that needs garage door service.

Joel’ Hernandez’s company was the first to call me after I made my selections on Angie’s List earlier that morning. Joel said he could be at my house later that morning; so, I immediately hired him. Joel arrived within the time promised. He was courteous and polite. Joel moved quickly and efficiently, replacing the spring with not a wasted motion. Garage spring broke late afternoon. I called several companies listed in Angie's List. No response from some; techs had all gone home in another; didn't work after 5:00 for some. Premium Overhead Door called back, said he could be here in about an hour, replaced the springs and tuned up the door.

Joel was punctual, polite, and very informative. Price seemed fair and their work comes with a respectable warranty. I would hire them again.

Joel returned my call on a late Friday afternoon within half an hour and was able to meet me Monday afternoon for the replacement. He was held up an earlier job and gave me a courtesy call at least an hour ahead and asked if we could move the appointment back 30 minutes (which was perfectly fine - I know delays happen and expected this with a late afternoon appointment.). When we met he already had the replacement part on hand, and I asked (out of curiosity for down the road) how much a conversion from a single tension spring system to a dual-spring system would run. The price was very reasonable and he had the parts to do the conversion, and more importantly did not have an issue with doing the conversion. Afterwards he answered all of my questions and tested the system while he explained a few things to look for maintenance-wise going forward. I'll definitely use this company again if a repair is needed.

I called and made an appointment. I received the service the next day. The spring and pulley were replaced on one garage door. The other door received a tune up. Both door were serviced for $138,00. I am very pleased with the service. I would recommend Premium Overhead Door. The technician was very polite and efficient. He left everything very clean.
