"They have been doing my pest control for more than 10 years. Hector is great to work with and his follow up is always appreciated. I had a little problem with silverfish and he made it a point to send someone out with some packets to stop that and did not charge me for the follow up service. Highly recommend them!"

Based on our conversation he gave me a quote and said he could come out to look at the problem and confirm it if I wanted him to. He came out and looked at the job and confirmed his quote and we made an appointment for him to complete the work. Jacob is very knowledgable and pleasant to deal with and did a great job. "I have used these guys twice for rodents in the attic of my rental property. The first time was great. They were prompt and effective. Unfortunately another rodent got in due to some holes near the fireplace. It took a long time to get those repaired but once I did I asked DM to remove the dead animal from my wall. Joseph came out but never contacted me. No work was performed and I called the owner a couple of times to see when they could come back out. Each time, I was told that I should get a call soon to schedule the service. That never happened though. I'm disappointed. They were great when they actually did the work.
