She has educated me on almost all of the areas on the same and answered every question I asked her, which gives me the confidence to choose the best one. Jake provided the best quote, most comprehensive and he was extremely knowledgeable. East Plano is known for hard water and it can cause problems with appliances and caused dry, itchy skin. I am quite satisfied with both the water softener and the reverse osmosis systems they installed to replace the failed ones already in place. My only complaint is that the original failed water softener was not removed as had been requested in the work order. It remains an eyesore outside of my garage door and as I am handicapped and live alone, I cannot dispose of it myself."

"The installation itself went well, and the additional items promised were received. We negotiated for more items since we didn't need an additional RO filter. NOW here is the BUT. We do have satisfactory whole house basic filtration, BUT it adjusts the pH the wrong way for us. Sales person tested water but I don't think she was used to seeing high pH like we have out here. We really needed a different solution to take care of that, but that wasn't suggested. So our water is even softer now. This keeps us from being satisfied with what is a good product otherwise. Last periodic servicing January 2017, satisfactorily performed."
