"Though the aluminum fencing took quite some time for manufacturing, once available, the installation went very well. We decided during the production process to change the gate size from 4' to 5', and this request was readily accommodated. The fencing looks great and is a vast improvement over the ornate iron fence we've had in place for 15 years."
This lovely cedar fence with iron posts makes for a perfect backdrop to your outdoor living space.
Automatic gates not only add to aesthetic value of your property but are a great way to stay out of these harsh Texas summers.

Arc Force Fencing is a veteran owned and operated company started in late 2016. We offer new construction of all fence types as well as decks and pergolas. We offer custom built gates fusing metal and wood together to create long lasting, good looking gates. Any fence, deck or pergola we remove, we try to repurpose the wood or recycle it any way we can instead of dumping or burning it. Arc Force fencing conducts our business in a professional manner with quality in mind.

"Company was responsive to my phone calls.   Gave me a detailed written estimate.  I had already been to their website and had learned quite a bit about fencing.  I had received a total of five quotes and this company was the only one to point out that a permit was needed in my city.  Other contractors, when asked about permits, had lied and said they weren't necessary.  That was a black mark against them.

The crew came out as scheduled on a Thursday morning and demolished the existing fence and dug post holes for the new fence.  They installed a temporary plastic fence and left.   A truck delivered materials around 11 am and the crew came back that afternoon and set the posts in cement.  They were back at 7:30 on Friday and began to assemble the fence.  It was made of Western Red Cedar with cedar rails.  It was finished with a cedar top cap and a pressure treated rotboard along the bottom.

After a week, I noticed that one of the boards had split vertically, and they came out and replaced the board. The fence looks good and passed it's permit inspection!

"We just had our 15 year old fence replaced by Housewright. They installed a stained cedar stockade fence. It looks beautiful, my wife and I are so pleased. I had gotten several estimates before I settled on Housewright. Jay was slightly cheaper then his competitors. The quality of this fence was superior to what the other companies were offering. Jay was very informative and answered all my questions. The crew torn down the old fence and put up the new fence in a day. His crew was very professional and cleaned up after themselves. I'm glad I chose Housewright Fence. R. Lind"

"I ordered a new spa/hot tub which was being delivered at the end of October.  Unfortunately, the gate was too small for the spa to be fit through without tearing down the fence; however, I was wanting to replace the 11 year old white board fence anyways so I figured it would be a good time to replace it with a new cedar fence and gate.   Adam came out and I explained the situation to him.  He took the measurements and said what he could do was come out the day before the spa was delivered and tear down the section of fence and removed one of the steel posts(I was reusing my old posts since they were still in good condition.  He would then come back the day after the spa was delivered and would build the new fence and gate.
The day before the hot tub was delivered, Adam and his crew came out and tore down the old section of fence and dug up the post.  He even made sure to leave a marker rod so that no one would accidently fall in post hole.
Adam then gave me a call on the afternoon of the next day to ask if the spa had been delivered(which it had) and he made it out to my place in about hour and began to work building the new fence.  This is also where I would like to mention that Adam is not just an foreman type who just directs his crew to begin working and goes off elsewhere.  In this case, since his guys were still working another job, Adam showed up and started the work himself.  An hour or two later two of his other guys arrived to help him with the job.  They worked well as a team together and finished up after it had gotten dark.  This included also cleaning up after themselves and taking my old fence with them to dispose of.
Was very happy with the results(especially for the price) and will be calling them out soon to stain my new fence.  Additionally, I will be saving up to have them replace the rest of my fence with a new cedar one.
Finally, I wanted to mention that Adam and his crew are very friendly and when there was a problem where Adam couldn't make it out the first time we had setup an appointment, he was VERY apologetic.
Will be calling them again!
Thanks guys!

Fencing questions, answered by experts

Regular maintenance for wire fencing includes annual inspections for rust or damage, tension adjustments every two to three years, and immediate repair of any breaks or loose sections. You should also regularly check the fence posts for stability, particularly after severe weather, and make sure to remove any vegetation growing along the fence line.

Pallet fences come with built-in support through the fence posts you should install on each side of their vertical interior. Stand the fence upright and slide it onto the fence posts, then further support it with 2x4 wood boards that you drill across each point where two pallets connect side-by-side.

This depends mainly on how well the posts were installed and what type of wood was used to build the gate in the first place. Softwoods have a life expectancy of up to 15 years but can last slightly longer with regular maintenance and waterproofing treatments. By contrast, hardwoods can last up to 30 years with little care, so you may avoid costly replacements by spending a little more upfront.

The best vinyl fence style for your yard depends on your needs, form and function-wise. For example, a classic vinyl picket fence in your front yard helps contain kids and canines while offering views of your neighborhood. But a more expensive privacy fence creates a secluded backyard oasis for family gatherings. Opt for a ranch-like post and rail vinyl fence if you want to carry on your rustic farmhouse vibes.

A metal fence can last for over 30 years if maintained correctly, though the exact lifespan varies by material. For instance, chain-link and aluminum fences can function well for 25 to 30 years, while corrugated metal fences may last up to 60 years with regular maintenance. The lifespan can be shortened by harsh weather, abuse, or lower-quality materials. Galvanized metal tends to last longer due to its protective barrier, whereas sheet and corrugated metal may rust faster than solid pieces.
