"The product removed dirt/stains from areas that I never imagined could be bettered, much less removed.  I loved the fact that carpet was completely dry in 2 hours.  I was impressed with how the equipment used brought dirt to the surface, rather than
pushing it down further into the carpet/pad.  Chris inspected all areas to be cleaned, gave us his recommendations and explained why, and gave us a price...all before beginning the cleaning.  He was on time, dressed professionally in a company uniform, very courteous and professional, and let us know he was there to make sure we were very happy with the end result.  We were extremely satisfied with the product, service and result.  Would highly recommend to anyone!
