"Last April, we chose A&O Texas Solutions to install our new fence for $17,000, selecting them over three other contractors. To our surprise, the new fence collapsed in strong winds this Tuesday, despite our expectation that a $17,000 investment would last 10-15 years. Unfortunately, our insurance does not cover this. While A&O Texas Solutions offers a year's labor warranty, they are now requesting payment for the materials needed for the repair. We recently discovered from our Salesperson, Alexis, that Alan was responsible for the initial project planning and installed the incorrect post thickness for our fence. We firmly believe that we should not be held accountable for any additional costs, as this was not our error from the start. Having already paid $17,000, we have not received any updates from the company's owners or managers. Our intention is not to seek financial compensation from the company. Instead, we urge them to take responsibility and ensure that the correct materials are used for our investment, providing us with a durable and secure fence for the long term."
