A&O Texas Solutions

Last April, we chose A&O Texas Solutions to install our new fence for $17,000, selecting them over three other contractors. To our surprise, the new fence collapsed in strong winds this Tuesday, despite our expectation that a $17,000 investment would last 10-15 years. Unfortunately, our insurance does not cover this. While A&O Texas Solutions offers a year's labor warranty, they are now requesting payment for the materials needed for the repair. We recently discovered from our Salesperson, Alexis, that Alan was responsible for the initial project planning and installed the incorrect post thickness for our fence. We firmly believe that we should not be held accountable for any additional costs, as this was not our error from the start. Having already paid $17,000, we have not received any updates from the company's owners or managers. Our intention is not to seek financial compensation from the company. Instead, we urge them to take responsibility and ensure that the correct materials are used for our investment, providing us with a durable and secure fence for the long term.

Horrible and short lasting stain job. Will not come back and make right after admitting fence is very light. They will take your money but won't come back to rectify issues so you better hope you have no issues.

I had THREE companies give estimates. One came out but never followed up. The other one was more expensive for lesser quality and smaller size wood fencing. Right from the start, Ernesto instilled in me that he knew what he was talking about and that he could be trusted to deliver what he promised. And he did! My fence was rather large (486lf) and his crews came in and demoed the old fence, hauled away the old fence and installed the new fence (including two gates) in ONE DAY! These guys WORK , not only hard but smart! They are very professional and know what they are doing. TRUE Craftsmen! Rare these days! I am VERY detailed and I am as satisfied as I can be with the fence built for me by A/O Solutions! I would recommend them to anyone needing a high quality fence! And at a fair price! Great job, guys!

They did excellent work. I liked the staine pine wood. It took them 3 days. I liked the quick time it took to finish. I loved the gate. The gate and entire fence was much better than the one I had pred. The price was reasonable. It was much cheaper than the previous estimates I received. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Quality work and excellent customer service. Thank you A&O!

We have been putting off having our tired old fence replaced for several years, dreading the cost and the mess we feared a fencing company would leave in our yard after the installation. What a pleasant surprise Mr. Ernesto from A&O Texas Solutions turned out to be. Their company was the first to respond to my request for quotes for the job...almost immediately. Mr. Ernesto arrived at our home at the time we agreed on and described in great detail what the installation would include and the cost of the project. Their price was so reasonable that I didn't need to look any further. In my opinion, thanks to Mr. Ernesto, the entire experience could not have been any better. And, we now have a beautiful new fence!

Everything went perfect even with bad weather they got everything done super quick and my new fence looks amazing will recommend them to everyone 5 plus stars

Alan at A&O was very responsive to our request & specs for a new wood gate. The work was arranged and performed within a couple of days. The work crews were efficient and experienced. We are very satisfied with our new gate, a vast improvement over the one it replaced.
