Customer service was 5star. I have used Fenceworks twice and work was very good. This third time was not exactly what I had expected. These were different people doing the job this time. I still would recommend them. But I would be there when the work is being performed. Doug worked well with my issue and it was resolved to my satisfaction.

I highly recommend Fence Works. We recently had a driveway gate installed by Fence Works. Doug walked me through the process, gave me a quote, and then scheduled me. They installed the gate in one day. Fence Works' service is great, and I cannot say enough about my satisfaction with the gate.

Fence Works did a great job, again! Several years ago they installed fence on one side of my yard. This time they installed a gate in different section and it looks great!!! This gate is SOLID - so pleased with the work. They also added an inverted corner of fence to work around a tree stump - exactly what I needed and looks so good.

Excellent to work with, starting with the initial walk-thru and bid. They use an outstanding bidding tool that allows the customer to select and deselect various options to see the impact on the total price. Great communications throughout the process. Kept an efficient, organized, and clean work place. Completed the job in a short window of time. All work performed as expected.

Selecting someone to install a fence is not easy. You talk to neighbors, search the internet and call several companies for an estimate. Some companies don't show up for their appointments; some show up but don't call you back; some install your new fence but do it poorly, including not responding to problems they chose to ignore. And then there is FenceWorks, and Doug Moore. He is none of the above and all of the 5 star ratings from others are legit. His receptionists (Kady and Susan) are pleasant and helpful; he shows up as scheduled (having sent reminders beforehand, with photos of his crew); he is polite and confident; his estimates are clear; and he will provide the addresses of fences he has installed. The members of his install crew are also polite and hard workers -- they go about their duties in a coordinated manner and tirelessly. Our situation was complicated by properties on either side that had nasty old chain link fences, one side entangled with small trees. Doug removed them both - in addition to our old fence - and carted everything away for a modest cost. He and his crew then went about installing the fence we agreed upon and my neighbors were highly impressed, one even asking for an estimate for his own yard. Doug and crew even added a few unexpected finishing touches because, as Doug said, "it was the right thing to do." We could not be more thrilled with the new fence and we still get compliments from the neighbors. I recommend that if you are looking for someone to install a beautiful fence, contact as many companies as you wish, but make sure to include FenceWorks. My guess is that you will be as blown away as we are. Thank you, Doug. It's a WOW from us.

These guys are great! I had to have a board replaced in the fence after a squirrel or opossum got hold of it. They installed the fence over a year ago. They came right out the week I called and replaced it at no charge. I was very impressed! Usually, once you pay for something, it’s hard or impossible to get someone to come back out and fix something. They go above and beyond! I would highly recommend them!

I had previously used Fence Works to replace an old picket fence 10 years ago. I recently decided to upgrade the fence to a cedar board on board privacy fence and contracted with Doug at Fence Works once again. As usual, he and the crew did an outstanding job installing the fence. The work was accomplished professionally and on time. I highly recommend Doug and Fence Works to anyone homeowner or business needing a new or replacement fence.

After several dissatisfying estimates, I tried FenceWorks and was immediately impressed with the professionalism. Doug was timely on his estimates and patient with me as I delayed doing the work last year due to cost and other housing projects. I reached out this month for updated estimates; I was ready to do it, and he was able to schedule it right away! Oh and he takes care of getting the permit (others would not). The work was done this week, efficiently and quickly and perfectly. His crew are very courteous and helpful and I really appreciate their professionalism and quality of work. I went with the cedar with a kickboard at the bottom. Thank you Doug and team!

Prior to fence build, Doug provided regular communication regarding schedule and material lead time. During build, Doug and his team were punctual, respected our property, and left us with a quality product that we’ll enjoy for years to come.

Doug and crew as well as back office team were awesome! Great communication and great quality job. Went the extra distance and ensured no gap in progress to complete in two days despite cold weather and sleet. ensured the yard was "closed in" at end of day 1 to keep my dogs happy and in the yard. :-)

Fabulous! Doug & his crew have built fences for our family in both Fort Worth & Colleyville/Grapevine for over a decade. Top quality craftsmen; earnest workers & quality individuals! Doug is a gracious, pleasant professional who has demonstrated his calm tenacity working through difficult building codes and a challenging HOA; both with a great outcome: superb inspections & great HOA Relations! Doug is prompt, thorough & the type of person you appreciate working in/at your home. Get on his list early: he is a rare breed of craftsman & it takes a bit, but it is always problem-free & worth the wait. He uses straight wood (not warped) and not many knots- quality. We always do a “fancy” fence: 8’ tall, pre-stain, top &bottom boards, so definitely an upgrade to his standard great fencing. And the fences last! Our oldest one is 12-15 years old & looks like new! A worthwhile investment

We had Fenceworks, from Hurst, TX, install about 65 feet of cedar picket fence. They did an excellent job and were very quick, well organized, and efficient. The complete process took just over 2 hours which, to me, was amazing! The owner, Doug Moore, is a very friendly guy and easy to talk with. He came with his crew and worked right along with them and answered all my questions. They were all very attentive to detail and made sure everything was true and square. Doug's company, FenceWorks, has built fences for our family for over a decade; each experience has been EXCELLENT, as it would be when working with a craftsman, with integrity & a quality person. HIs fences look great & I can easily vouch for their sturdiness for almost 15 years! This last job was a tough one - negotiating through COVID, a Home Owner Association restrictions & a City's Building Code, Fenceworks came through like a champ!
