I couldn't be happier. Was contacted by 3 companies here on Angi, and the first two would not discuss pricing over the phone. Had to send a technician out - to upsell me something or close the deal on the spot. I didn't appreciate it. These guys at Streamline gave me what I expected, which was this answer about pricing "Sure, it's costs this much, and we do tons of these." Anyone who does these for a living should be able to answer that question over the phone, and they did. They scheduled promptly, showed up when they said they would, and did a great install. I'm super happy, and would definitely recommend them.

Very helpful and informative beyond just the install of the water heater… for example, common problems and how to keep it working over time.

Aaron shades is very professional, polite gentleman and never upsells anything. Clearly explained everything and replaced our 75 gallon water heater on second floor on time and did a wonderful job. I would have given more than 5 stars if I could. He is my go to guy from now on for my plumbing issues.

Aaron Shade was a 15 out of a 10. I had a difficult project… At least in my mind and the minds of many. 80 gallon hot water heater on the third floor in a closet. And tied to my geothermal system. Aaron was prompt in his response to me and went above and beyond what I would’ve expected in terms of Service in every way. He even contacted Sears regarding my warranty. I hope to have found my plumber for life! I have some other projects coming up that he knows about and then some others that I will be talking to him about. Very grateful to have found him. My research in the reviews I saw were spot on!

Unlike another plumbing company who quoted us double the cost, we felt the price was reasonable and prompt. We were disappointed that the company is not more conscientious about homes with immune-compromised family members and making sure the workers who enter homes are vaccinated. We were very anxious about our family's health since they did not wear masks due to the heat in the attic (understandable in the attic) and one worker stated he was not vaccinated. Customers should be informed/have an option before the workers arrive. Had we known, we would have insisted on vaccinated workers or found another company.

Aaron is amazing! The communication was outstanding, he was punctual and professional, and he didn't leave a single trash item behind. He inspected my old, damaged water heater and made recommendations on how to keep another water heater from causing a flood. He didn't try to upsell, but made additional items available at my request. I very highly recommend Streamline Plumbing for any task.

This company was fabulous!! Aaron Shade came on time, with everything he needed to remove the dead water heater, and install the new one. He explained everything, was very polite, did NOT make a mess and was extremely efficient in his work. We were both very impressed. If you have a need please call them.

Jason Paul, a licensed master plumber (#43194), did a fantastic job with the hot water heater install. As it turned out, Streamline Plumbing was the least expensive quote of the three vendors, so we went with them. Jason did the install on new year's eve (started at 10 AM and finished up at about 4 pm). We were without hot water for two days so we were definitely happy that evening. I waited two months to review Streamline so that I could give it some time to see if there were any issues. No issues at all. I gave Streamline 5 stars across the board. Streamline gave me a 10 year warranty. However, when I went to register the hot water heater, I found out that it is only warrantied by State Industries for 6 years (parts & tank). Although the sticker on the hot water heater, and the original quote stated 10 year warranty, I am confident that Jason Paul will honor his 10 year commitment. On another note, because I appreciate the professionalism and the work done by Jason Paul, I had him out again on 2/21/21 to repair 3 small holes in our water line. This was caused by the recent artic freeze that started last week. I called him yesterday and it was fixed today, all at a reasonable price. I love his thoroughness and detailed work. Aaron replaced my water heater in about 2 1/2 hours. He was professional and courteous and even got me a special water heater with the relief valve on top so he didn't have to repipe the drain.

I took a very cold shower this morning believing I jumped in the shower too soon after my son took his shower. Turns out, the water heater had stopped working. My wife of 36 years had cervical spine surgery a week ago and she made it very clear she was not taking a cold shower. I placed a call to Streamline Plumbing Company and was pleasantly surprised when they informed me they could have a master plumber out to my residence to replace the water heater by 2:30 PM the same day. Master plumber Aaron was at our home by 2:20 PM. He completed the install by 4:15 PM and the room was clean of the debris from the installation.
