Best computer repair technicians near Carrollton, TX

"I was totally awestruck by Mike's professionalism, knowledge and honesty. He was able to reassure me that my used computer is in tip top shape and has more memory then I even imagined. He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. I have already opened a file (in my filing account with his name on it)! I am making a list of things for him to help me with and will definitely be back in touch with him. I highly recommend Mike's company to anyone looking for an honest, reputable computer repair person."

"The IT Teck, Lance from Excellence IT, arrived as scheduled and was able to resolve serveral issues I had experienced in upgrading my laptop to MicroSoft 365. He also ran a check of my operating systems and made serveral changes to improve my computers operation. After leaving I had a question as I begin using the installed systems and he was able to respond and help in getting a couple of issues resolved over the phone. I would use Excellence IT again if need."

"Levi was on time, smart, and polite. Fixed the computer, took about an hour he was excellent. 10 stars rating. I would hire him anytime."

"Great group of guys and solid team! They fixed my computer in under an hour! Best computer repair place in Dallas!!"

"They were very knowledge and fixed my problem. I would recommend them to anyone. I had two other companies try to fix the problem but was unable to do it."

"The technician was experienced and not only fixed our printer but also hooked up our sound bar."

"Friendly and did the job well. Repaired a couple other small issues free of charge while he was at my house."

"It took a bit longer than anticipated to complete the repairs, but in the end everything worked like a charm."

"Quick, quality work and good people. Accurately assessed the work to be done as well as accurately assessed the time it would take. Executed the installation, tested the cables and cleaned the areas affected. I wish all the work I had done was this way."
