He worked with me to meet my schedule needs. Elio the crew lead that did the work was excellent as well. He and his two man crew did a fantastic job. They worked so methodically, coordinated, and very efficiently. Concrete was late and not delivered as promised, otherwise they would have knocked the work out earlier than when they did. They waited longer for the concrete than what it took they to complete the work. Elio and Bryan were very professional and easy to work and comunícate with. Both zoysia grass and bermuda grass are somewhat similar to St. Augustine because they’re all warm-season grasses. Beyond that, most grass types have unique properties that set them apart. Zoysia grass costs twice the price of St. Augustine grass on average and it has thinner blades and a deeper green appearance. Bermuda grass, compared to St. Augustine, has much thinner blades, is softer to the touch, and has a higher tolerance for colder weather.

There are plenty of products to help green up your grass. Try an iron supplement spray or fertilizer that is rich in nitrogen. Signs of overwatering in your lawn can include waterlogged or soggy soil, a perpetually damp surface, the presence of mushrooms or fungi, and grass that appears yellow or wilted. Overwatered grass often feels mushy underfoot, and you may notice an increase in pests like grubs. To avoid overwatering, ensure proper drainage with periodic lawn aeration and adjust your watering schedule to match your lawn's actual needs.

Water your yard a little more deeply after a drought for about two weeks (while still avoiding overwatering). Continue to water in the early morning hours before 10 a.m. You'll also want to invest in some high-quality fertilizer to get more nutrients to your roots and help them grow back stronger and quicker. Look up your grass and soil type, or do a soil test, to see what type of fertilizer you need.
