I checked in on them many times and had questions as they worked, which they answered all for me. The bathroom is beautiful. David Lennox, my sales and design rep, was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly through this whole process. He helped ,e design and make smart decisions for both bathrooms I had done, There was a small issue after the job was done and David addressed this quickly. "I can't say enough about how beautiful my kitchen looks. Ebby made a suggestion which gave me more countertop space. It gave my kitchen a more updated look than I had ever dreamed. I sent pictures to family and friends right away. He tore out the old countertop down to the base MDF that the builder had used. He custom cut 3/4" plywood onsite. I could see the sturdiness of the counters before he had applied the laminate. The seams were not visible unless you were closely examining the counter. The edges of the counters were just as beautiful as was the backsplash. His work was impeccable. Regarding customer service, he kept me notified on when the materials would be in as I had a personal schedule he had to work around. His professionalism was outstanding. In the end, he was hooking up the pipes to my new sink. I didn't get new pipes purchased, so one of the old ones cracked as it was being tightened. At 7:00 at night he was insistent that he go from my house in the country to the nearest town to find that part so I was not left with a problem. Luckily, my neighbor down the road is a plumber and I got him to come over with the part. I don't think Ebby was going to leave me with a problem that night. Service people don't do that these days. He wasn't leaving till his job was done well. In the end, he made sure that he and his helper left the area clean of any mess. You won't regret hiring him for your job. The quality of work blew my mind. I just never expected the extra mile he goes to make the project everything you expect and more."

While their bid wasn’t the lowest we received, it felt fair and, in hindsight, definitely worth it. The project manager was an excellent communicator—knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and never pressured us to accept the offer. We’re extremely pleased with the quality of work on the first bathroom and are confident the second will turn out just as well. A tip for future clients: make sure you have all the necessary materials on hand. We did, and the team completed the bathroom ahead of schedule. The space is narrow, so the photo angles don’t do it justice, but I hope they still give a sense of the high-quality work delivered."

The salesperson, Miriam, came to our house with several samples and helped us choose the color and style. She was so knowledgeable and knew what we wanted, even when we didn't. "Installers showed up on the day they were scheduled. But they did not finish the job. Additional workers came the next day to finish installing the floor. They moved all furniture and re-positioned it where I wanted it. They even installed new toilets at no extra cost to me. I will call them again if I need work on my outside porch."
