Aggieland Carpet One Floor & Home

We hired Aggieland Carpet One to replace the carpet. We were so impressed with them, from the store, to the salesperson, to the installers. Everyone was so friendly and personable. The salesperson, Miriam, came to our house with several samples and helped us choose the color and style. She was so knowledgeable and knew what we wanted, even when we didn't. The installers came exactly on time and finished the job in 1 1/2 hours. We highly recommend this company!

The sales representative was very helpful during the selection process. Room measurements and the estimate seemed inexact but everything worked out well. The workers that installed the flooring did an excellent job of flooring installation, surface cleaning, and then cutting and installing the trim and repairing the carpet connections. There were no problems.

Installation went well. Issues with transitions were over come creatively, quickly and effectively.

They finished the work on time. I had a good experience with them. The project went well.

They had a competitive price. I liked everything. They just quoted us the best price for the quality of carpet that we got.

The work was done by 2 different crew since I was having both carpet and tile installed and they both were very professional. The owner also came out that day to see how the work was going and if I had any problems. It looks wonderful and I am very pleased.

I contacted the company and made an appointment for a salesperson come out for an estimate. She brought flooring samples along. I had done research previously, so I was sure of the type of flooring we wanted. Within a week or so, we chose the color and placed an order. The wait took longer than we first expected, but I understand that was beyond their control. About four weeks after placing the order, the floor was installed. We were excited about the new floor and our color choice. About 3 weeks later, I was sitting on the floor in the kitchen and I noticed a crack in the flooring in the corner, under the toespace - hidden in the shadows. I checked the other corners. Each corner that was "hidden" by the toespace was cracked. One corner has a 1/2 inch wide triangle of flooring missing. The installer did a horrible job. I have called and emailed the company numerous times. The installation manager came to our house, took some pictures, but now 6 weeks later, has not returned my calls/emails. How long do I have to wait for a fix to this problem?

We have used this company in the past and were very happy with their performance and product. The performance, workmanship, and product were executed in the proper fashion. However, at the completion, the floor had an inconsistent haze throughout. When I contacted the owner he came over immediately. The problem was too much glue used leaving "patches" of haze. The owner made my house his #one priority. He provided a glue remover which his workman used. The workman was here at the house daily for about 2 weeks consistently. It took some "elbow grease" and daily time but the finished product is beautiful. I am so impressed that a company in this day and age truly stands behind both their product and workmanship!

When I first walked into the store I was greeted, and I soon had a sales professional guiding me through the racks of products. They came to my house and did a measure the next day and offered me some very helpful advice with colors, etc. I decided to go with them because of the installation guarantee and they had the products that I loved, and so I signed with them about two weeks after I first walked in. I special ordered some products that came about a week and half later, and they had all the products installed within 3 weeks of signing. It took longer because of the different products. Of course with remodel a few things came up, but their installation manager and my sales person was always available to discuss the problems, and we resolved them very quickly. Overall I'm very pleased with my experience and would recommend them to anyone.
