"My spouse and I hired General Asphalt to pave our driveway with asphalt. The owner, Mr. Mullins, responded quickly to my phone call and came to meet me. He is a good listener and understood what we wanted -- and that's what he and his crew did. The job was done in a single day. Mr. Mullins didn't just supervise his crew -- he did some of the work himself. The driveway, which had been lined with white rocks of uneven size that made it VERY hard to walk on, looks great. Asphalt and tarmac are not the same thing. Traditional tarmac, short for tarmacadam, uses tar as a binder to hold crushed stone together.
