"I was totally awestruck by Mike's professionalism, knowledge and honesty. He was able to reassure me that my used computer is in tip top shape and has more memory then I even imagined. He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. I have already opened a file (in my filing account with his name on it)! I am making a list of things for him to help me with and will definitely be back in touch with him. "Anthony called at a predetermined time to help me with an issue that I had not experienced in the past.  He was very professional, extremely pleasant and when he took remote control of my computer, I knew we were in good hands.  He restored documents and pictures that I thought were hopelessly lost.  He also cleaned up and eliminated unnecessary programs.    I sat in the comfort of my home, sipping coffee while watching Anthony work his magic.  Take my tower to a shop where it will languish for two weeks?  No thanks!  I will be contacting Anthony for any future computer repairs.

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"I was desperate to get some help with looking at any other possible reasons why the network would go down when this one laptop was introduced. Austin Mobility said they would come to my place of business and be able to tell within an hour if he could resolve the issue. The rate was $125 per hour. After 3+ hours ($400) there was no improvement and the diagnosis was he ran malware programs, found and deleted unwanted virus' but there were more found after the laptop crashed the network again. He said that he'd need to take my computer to clean it thoroughly and the cost would an additional $300. I said,politely, no thank you. The next week I found a PC repair guy in Pflugerville who cleaned the laptop for $50 and did not want payment until I tried the laptop at work to be sure he cleared the virus. It worked and did not crash the network."

"Chip was on time for my appointment and he was very professional.  He explained things very well and each problem or concern that I had he addressed.  At the end of the repair service prior to ending the call, Chip went back over my list of concerns to make sure that each matter was addressed and repaired. The result is that I have a faster running computer and I have updates that are now being properly installed.  I WILL be using this company to work on my other computers!

"I called Luther on Friday morning while I was at work and set up an appt. for the same day. He came to my place exactly on time. Very punctual. He's also very neat and clean in his appearance and work habits. After signing an agreement on price so everything was clear and showing him my list of problems, he got right to work. Luther checked everything for viruses and then got rid of a lot of things that were making my computer run super slow. Then, after discussion, he uninstalled my antivirus program and installed his preferred program, which was very streamlined and easy to use. I just sits, running, in the background and doesn't interfere with my browsing experience. Luther also, by chance, had some "used" memory that worked with my pc. So he took my (very dusty and dog hairy) unit outside, gave it a good blowout and installed the memory for a very reasonable price. Luther told me my computer still has room for improvement (room available for more memory) but that this should improve things. It did....immensely.  Luther more than gave me my money's worth, I have to say and my computer is running like it should. I try to do a lot of my own troubleshooting on my computer, but after this experience I know I'm a rank amateur.  I'm really happy with my computer for now and I'll definitely be giving him a call in the future when I'm looking for a computer tech. "I needed a new hard drive, they installed it and ran recovery disks.  Updated windows. | |I cannot say enough great things about this company.  I have used many differant companies over the years and this one is by far the best.  I would never use big box companies just for the fact of customer service.  Josh did my repairs he was very up front in telling me what could be done to save me money.  He knows his computers.  I have since had him out to the house to repair a second computer which he had running in no time.  He is a great person to work on all your machines."
