"I can't say enough about @EASE! Hugo has been helpful, informative and responsive. They just finished my roof and based on the quality and professionalism of that job I have already contracted with them to repair my siding. I am not experienced in home repair and improvement. When my roof was damaged by ice and hail I didn't know what to do. I was able to make a claim with my insurance and that was good. I knew I needed to get bids for the repairs, but I didn't know how I would evaluate those bids. The insurance company referred me to a company. They came and gave me a slick folder with samples and they never completed the quote. Another contractor came and he was great, but the first thing he asked for was our settlement paperwork. @EASE! was honestly a shot in the dark, I simply liked what their website said and so I called. Hugo has been amazing. He has provided the quality I needed and the expertise I wanted at a cost that is reasonable. He has taken time to explain the work that needs to be done and I can trust his advice as what is best for my home and my family."

Bill Roberts did the job, he and his brother Kevin had to come out twice just to do the estimate correctly and naturally it was higher than the original. Bill did the job and as I have heart problems and was not able to go out into the heat I paid him in full. When I realized that the work was not completed I began calling Bill on a fairly regular basis to come out and finish what he had bee

n paid for Bill has made several appointments and showed up once to finish, did not let me know he was leaving and when I went outside the work left was not completed. I called and called him, he apologized and kept giving me more dates that he never showed up for or called to reschedule.. I also had him take measurements to install a new countertop in my kitchen when I couldn't get an estimate he said he had given it to his brother and had not received an estimate as yet that was on 5/7/2015.

My husband and I are senior citizens and I have a heart problem and my husband has Parkinson's disease Bill took advantage of us

 by not completing his work or having the courtesy to return a call and cancel after he made an appointment. Very disappointing and I realize I have no recourse with the money we paid the company but I hope this review helps someone else looking for a contractor. By the way the spa gate is hanging up again Bill didn't even fix that properly now I have no idea about the rest of the work performed.

"Excellent. Honest and quick work. Mr. King was able to get someone out on short notice, to shim/shiv the piers. They performed a full scale cleanup last year, and I will only use Basement kings for any of my crawlspace work. Best in Texas!"

"Among Rebath of Austin,Statewide and Lowe's, I finally chose Rebath of Austin for my master bathroom remodeling project after long time and careful comparisions of pricing, design etc. My master bathroom did not have a tub and I need a soking tub for helping my prostate healthy. So I had Rebath of Austin convert my existing shower and one small closet into a big Japanese soaking tub and a very confortable shower area. Yesterday Rebath of Austin team well finished all the items and did excellent jobs for my master bathroom remodeling. I am very happy and very satisfied with Rebath of Austin whole team's excellent great jobs: --Josh--Excellent company president & designer, I am specially satisfied with his excellent designs for my big Japanies soaking tub area with three beautiful steps. --Matt--Excellent overall production manager who was easy to communicate and always can satisfied my expectations. --Dago--Very Excellent installer who was very easy to communicate and always came on time and did everything very carefully. I was happy to have Dago as this remodelling project installer. --Virgil--Excellent piping master who helped a lot for the piping jobs and did excellent jobs. --Colt--Excellent glass master who did excellent job for the glass door installation. --Mario--Excellent assistant for Dago. As I am very satisfied with the result and their lifetime warranty terms, I am now discussing with Josh for my another remodelling project.
