To this day, on punch list day, I’m a client’s best friend and a builder’s worst nightmare. I can spot a 1” scratch on the floor - or a character flaw - across a crowded room. Fortunately, the thing that makes me a total nightmare to live with makes me the best organizer and closet and pantry designer.
