"We started a DIY to replace a toilet. We saw the builder’s plumber did a bad job on the flange. No screws to hold it down but a lot of glue. We had 3 plumbers come in to review and give us their input/quote. John explained what he wld need to do. The quote was reasonable. Best part, he wld not need to bust up the tile or go underneath the foundation. We are very pleased with his work along with his apprentice. We will recommend and use them again. Thank you."

"Arrived more than 30 minutes late. Price was too high for two hours labor. I got a whole set of tires for my car for less. The plumber was very nice but a little sloppy. When finished there were silicone fingerprints on the sink and counter top, and silicone seal all the way around the sink edge. I am scraping and rubbing it off. Also he punched a hole in the bottom of the cabinet although granted the bottom had been weakened by water damage in the past. I did get a â senior discountâ plus 50 dollars off but the price was still too high."

"3 Plumbers & Dad LLC were excellent to work with. I needed to get a Pressure Reducing Valve installed because the PSI on the water pressure from the main line to the house was too high. I found them through Angie's list, and called to set up an appointment for the quote. They have a really user friendly reminder system so after calling I got an automated email with the date/time and they arrived on time for the appointment. After that initial visit Teresa sent me 4 quotes! The first had just the work I initially called about, installing the PRV. The other 3 had additional options based on their best practice recommendations - such as installing a Thermal Expansion Tank to prevent PRV discharge and replacing the flexible piping on my water heater with solder weld copper. Each quote had a different price point and thorough explanation of each component so I could make a well informed decision and pick the option that best suited my needs and budget. I chose to upgrade the project from just the PRV to the PRV along with the Thermal Expansion Tank and Copper piping. The install went very well, again sent me an appointment reminder and were on time for the install appointment. They were very professional and showed me the work and the new location for shutting off the main line in the event of an emergency after the PRV install. I highly recommend working with them, I will absolutely use them again for any future plumbing needs!"

Walter texted, emailed and called directly after I posted my project on angi. Walter showed up the next day, looked at the diy mess my wife and I created. He is a true professional. His estimate was very affordable and actually came in lower than I anticipated. We scheduled with Walter right away.He showed as scheduled and was punctual. "For starters, I was somehow allowed to purchase a Big Deal through this company even though they didn't service my area. The person I spoke to (I assume it was the owner) was professional about it and said since I had already purchased it he would honor it even though they didn't normally service my area (Leander, bordering Cedar Park). 
My house was built in 2006 so it's not very old. I'm sure the grout has never been cleaned though. They came out and cleaned it and when I got home I literally didn't think they had cleaned anything (my wife was home and saw them clean it though). I called them back, told them I wasn't happy and they said they would come back out for no charge. Again, very professional and much appreciated.
They came back out and this time they used an additional brush to hand scrub the grout after the machine. My wife confirmed that they didn't do this the first time. I spoke to the second cleaner and we found a spot before he started that was tucked away in a corner and obviously clean due to it never really being walked on and he agreed that all of the grout should look like that spot when he was done. After the cleaning the grout is wet and therefore you can't really tell how clean it is. Unfortunately, after it dried it still was not as clean as the clean spot in the corner. However, there was a noticeable improvement between the first and second cleaning."

"The master plumber (Mario H.) did an outstanding job in replacing our 30-year old toilets. We were originally interested only in replacing some of the old parts and keeping our old toilets. But with Mario's thorough explanation of what was wrong with out toilets and the advantages of new ones, we decided to replace all 3 of them. He then quickly and skillfully installed the new ones and cleaned up so well when he finished that I think our bathrooms were actually cleaner when he left than when he arrived. We are extremely pleased with our new toilets and the work provided. My husband and I both though Mario was the best service provider we have ever had working in our house.
