"Roto-Rooter sent out a technician named Freddy. Freddy was a well mannered and respectful gentleman who showed up early and worked quietly and efficiently to finish the job. He answered questions clearly. I recently hired another company to do simple work and they wanted far more, so I turned them down. Freddy discounted the faucet installation since he was already there to do the drain work. All work areas were left clean.

"Enoch sent 2 polite and professional young men to install the over-the-range microwave oven that we purchased from home depot. They came out the next day. Cleaned up when finished. Charged very reasonable fee for installation. Very pleased with their service. "I was up in the middle of the night packing for a impending move when my drain clogged, and I wasn't able to use the dishwasher or clean anything. So I was desperate. I called that morning around 9::30, and Legend Plumbing said they get there someone there before noon. Andy and Joel were right on time, friendly and highly professional. They got the job done quicker than I thought they would. And they were able to help me get my key unstuck from an exterior lock as an added benefit. They did double duty as miracle workers today."

"They were not equipped to clean shower grout and tile and did not do a satisfactory job. Had to hire another grout and tile company to re-do the job. Great Grout, on the other hand, did a great job.

"The installation went well. Justin from sales is awesome and took all the inputs and scheduled the installation appropriately. The installation team Doug and JD are excellent. They worked very hard in the hot sun and installed very patiently. Very cooperative, cleared all the questions we have. We had an issue with the drainage of the purifier as it occupied our washer and dryer which prevented our washing machine installation and Costco denied the installation. But upon contacting prostar Doug or JD came and resolved the issue in no time. He installed the washer and dryer as well. Really appreciate the team and their services.."
