The construction quality was so good on my bungalo that was built a year and a half ago, I decided to have the patio enclosed as well which was recently completed. I have braging rights in my neighborhood now. Very soon they will be replacing all th exterior of my home with "Hardywood" and painting. "T5T Contracting is very good. They are real sensitive to the customers and will work with your needs in mind. I have and will continue to recommend them to many others! I have used them for about a year on numerous types of jobs. They are very punctual, and are early risers. They built a pergola/garage for me. It is a car port shaped like a pergola. Not only is it beautiful but it is also functional. I also had them out for painting work where they had to paint my tool shed and house. The roofing also needed to be updated to match the new look and they handled everything. He has also helped me plant close to 100 trees for my pecan orchard. He laid all the groundwork for irrigation as well. He is a very can-do person and he thinks outside of the box which is good for me because I live on a 2 acre plot that is part of over 200 acres of land. He helped me install a fence around the perimeter, and also came up with a really creative solution for my old gate which was repurposed and hooked up with solar. He is very well connected and has helped me get in touch with other professionals when I need other kinds of work done too. I have really liked working with him and he has been very helpful. "Allan and his team did a wonderful job. They were punctual, professional and clean with the workmanship. The cabinets that were installed are beautiful and we couldn't be more pleased with everything. From the very beginning, we were impressed with Allan and how he priced out everything for us giving us options on the countertop and the sink/faucet for the bar. The process did take some time but was worth the wait. John and Jessie were quiet and efficient with the work that was done. When there was a hiccup with the countertop install, Allan made sure the vendor came back and cleaned up. He was the only contractor who paid attention to the type of wood we wanted in the cabinets which was impressive. When we had last minute changes like an outlet at the end of the bar, they were able to incorporate that into the plan. If we have future needs, we would always hire Allan."

"Ed and the SPS team did a great job on a tricky garage addition I needed. They poured the concrete slab in one day and even modified the dimensions on the fly to better fit my project. Ed and the team that built the addition then figured out that it was better to tie into my roof so I would have more height and storage space than I had thought. He suggested custom double doors within the budget and finished in the promised time. The guys were on time, considerate, cleaned up every day and worked hard.
