I could not be happier with BLT Garage Door's service-100% friendly, fast, fair, and professional. From the various vendors contacted, BLT Garage Door was the only one to actually respond to the details I submitted and was already providing a possible diagnosis to the problem. After a quick phone call, we further solidified initial options to solving the problem. When Charlie arrived, he started by doing quick troubleshooting to see if any quick fixes would help. We then discussed next steps. Charlie was great at providing options, letting me know what is the minimum that needed to happen to fix the problem, discuss if an option would take time (like a warranty fix), and then giving me what I felt was a more than fair price for the work agreed to. 45 min later, my garage was working again. He then pointed out some other items that would help improve the function of my garage door that I could explore getting fixed until my current warranty, and also reviewed how to care for my garage door going forward. I know who I'm looking for if I need more service on this door and also, when I decide to upgrade to a better unit. Thanks, Charlie, for the friendly, fast, fair, and professional service.

Charlie tested the wall switch and found it was working fine, but also found a short in the wire between the unit and the wall switch. Fixed it and it was working fine! Also greased the springs and bearings and they sound fine! Great experience! Will use him again!

Charlie did a great job. He was here within an hour. Even though I wasn't able to hear my phone ring so his call went unanswered, he came by since he was nearby anyway. There was no attempt to "upsell" me in any way - I think most garage door businesses would have simply told me the only option would be a garage door replacement, not just a repair given the state the door was in. Instead Charlie worked hard for more than 6 hours and by the time he was finished, the door looked great, and was reinforced. He installed a one year old motor to save me $$$, per my request, and all the necessary hardware (wall mount opener button, etc.), did it quickly and with no complications. I am thankful for Charlie's help and he charged me less than $800 for a great job I bet would have cost $1000+, had anyone else been willing to even make the repair as opposed to just quoting me $2000 for a new door. He is an honest, pleasant, hard-working man who is very efficient (his experience really showed off). I would hire him again in a heartbeat if I needed to!
