"I hired Terry to build a 14'x20' lean to box building with no windows on an existing concrete slab. The slab wasn't checked for level and the building went up without addressing the issue. The slab issue was my fault, but I think a professional should check before building on anything. If someone is concerned for their product I think that person should say I can't build on that because it has an issue. I also understand time is money and once he started i was locked in. I am writing this to help the next guy. A slab check would have taken a minute and this is why it was so grievious to me."

"Ed and the SPS team did a great job on a tricky garage addition I needed. They poured the concrete slab in one day and even modified the dimensions on the fly to better fit my project. Ed and the team that built the addition then figured out that it was better to tie into my roof so I would have more height and storage space than I had thought. He suggested custom double doors within the budget and finished in the promised time. The guys were on time, considerate, cleaned up every day and worked hard. "Robert and his crew did some extensive remodeling for my needs. He installed a new full bathroom, remodeled one bathroom for wheelchair access, and remodeled a third bathroom. His crew installed new tile floors, and repaired the old tile floors. They installed wide doors exterior doors to accommodate wheelchair. And they enclosed a patio into an insulated sun-room. Robert was easy to work with, and was real reasonable. He also did a lot of work under Veterans Administration and ADA guidelines and was qualified and approved to do veteran Adapted Housing.
