"If you want to hire a company that cares, this is the one. We needed to have a bath converted into a walk-in shower in our guest bathroom because of the accessibility issues. The original design looked great, but it would have taken a couple of months to get all the supplies. John and Travis realized that we had an urgent need and came back with a great design that used great materials and we didn't have to wait for so long. In a couple of weeks, we had a crew headed by Jesse that landed in our bathroom. They were great. Everything was done in a day and a half. The quality is superb! Every time I walk into the bathroom, I enjoy the look of it, plus we are happy with all the benefits of having a walk-in shower. One more thing I want you to know is that I really mean what I am saying in this review. When the owner of the company, not a hired salesman, is directly involved in projects, it makes a big difference. "I had a conversion, tub to walk in shower, and I am 100% happy. My sales rep Aaron was not pushy, he was very informative and willing to explain everything and willing to answer all of my questions. My demo tech, a different guy also named Aaron was wonderful. He was very professional, polite, reviewed the plan and the explained the stages. He laid down drop cloths from my front door to the bathroom, he kept the door closed to contain most of the dust in the bathroom. He carried all of the debris out to his work van. When he finished he showed me what was done and explained what would happen the next day. The next morning Javi and Steven arrived and introduced themselves and explained what their plan was. Again professional guys and very personable. I have had other contractors on other jobs who could not carry a conversation and avoided eye contact and talking, not any of the West Shore guys, they were very pleasant and I was completely comfortable with them in my home. Javi and Steven got to work after the inspector stopped by and gave them the ok. They were focused on their work and I was able to work from home and had several video calls with no interruptions. When they were done they reviewed their work with me and I signed off on the job. They had also laid down the drop cloths and they cleared everything and left my home clean with a beautiful new walk in shower. I am definitely a satisfied customer!"
