Ars/ Rescue Rooter Austin

So as we speak 9/1/25 at 8:29pm I?ve been waiting on a tech that was scheduled for 2:00-6:00 pm becay once again my hot water is not working!!! They came out in 2-2025 for the same issue mind you this water heater was just purchased last year. Last time it was due to this new so called required expansion tank with panel, mind you I know of people that have brand new homes in Killeen and this expansion tank was NOT required. I?ve called in to work and called ARS every hour since 5:00 pm to be told that they would get in contact with a dispatcher. Finally after my last call at 8:00pm requesting a dispatch supervisor someone finally called me back and advise the tech will not be coming out today. A simple courtesy call would have sufficed!!! THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!! Now I have to take off work again for the rescheduled appointment!!!!

I've used ARS/Rescue Rooter for years, for both HVAC service and install and plumbing. They have are always professional, and not only do they take care of any immediate issues I have, their maintenance plan of regular service calls helps to avoid possible future issues.

I am absolutely delighted. They accommodated my needs to do the job quickly -- installation was done in two days. I am cool right now in my home, which is a comfortable 73 degrees (it is 109 degrees out today).

crew was at the house the next day installing the a/c unit. They had to come back to blow insulation in the attic and another time to put in solar fan. They were quick and courteous all times they came out

The A/C went out on Friday afternoon. I called for bids on Saturday and ARS came in the afternoon. Offered to fix it that day (Saturday)!! Great relief!
