Do not pay by credit card as they charged $80 as a processing fee. We should have been told that the fee was so exorbitant. We tried to cancel the credit card payment and pay cash within 30 of the team leaving. The manager said it was ok by him, but it would have to wait until the next day. On the next day we were told it couldn't be done. I have never paid such an exorbitant processing fee. I feel ripped off by the company.

The work crew was very professional. They cleaned up any messes they created. The worked fast, and they finished the job on time. Trent Wood was our on site team leader. He made sure the job was done to our satisfaction. The insulation is great. We have noticed a reduction in cold spots around our home. When the weather turned warm again, the cool air from our air conditioning system seamed to be distributed better than before. I highly recommend this product and company.

I had virtually no insulation in my attic. Well, there was a very thin layer of horse hair. So my utility bills were higher and my heating and AC unit had to work extra hard to cool and heat my 1945-built house. Since I got Milex 2.0 (Milo Insulation our of Tulia, TX, installed, the unit comes on fewer times and for a shorter durations. I am hopeful that upcoming gas and electric bills will be lower now. Salesman and installers were courteous and professional, and wore mask throughout the install. I highly recommend this company and its green-energy product.

I was very satisfied with the installation and service performed.. Travis, my sales representative from Tulia was knowlegible about the product and was courteous. The installation was done in about three hours without any problems. Crew was friendly and did the work cleanly. The attic is now insulated to R39 and should provide a more comfortable and cost effective result for years to come. I would y reccomend this company.

Everyone from sales to installation is great to work with. Friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in doing what was right for our home. Chris and his crew removed old insulation, sealed around vents, and installed new MILO insulation. We had 2500 square feet of attic space that the job took 2.5 days to complete. The entire team was respectful of our property, everything was cleaned up after each day. Chris was excellent to make sure everything was completed properly, any concerns he took care of them. Highly recommend Milo Insulation.

I am extremely pleased with MILEX (MILO insulation). Work was done June 7 & 8, 2021. I have noticed a significant improvement in my home. Very professional, on time, worked nonstop except for a lunch break the first day (removing all old insulation- it was a MESS!). Worked nonstop the 2nd day - blowing in the insulation. Had them to remove the 33 yr. old fiberglass & cellulose, & replace with the new grain- based stuff. We noticed an immediate improvement in the air quality, an improved cooling of the air [faster, longer lasting cooling], & no more musty, irritating air coming from our attic! They were very professional, courteous, & friendly! Great people to work with! Would fully recommend them & their product any time!

I am impressed. Travis is a thorough salesperson and spent a lot of time making sure the quote would be 100% accurate and explaining all of the benefits and the cons. There really are no cons to using this type of insulation. The crew that came and installed the insulation were very respectful and professional. They took their time but that is a good thing. Milex insulation from milo so far has been the best value for the dollar spent. I am very glad to support our local growers by supplementing our attic insulation.
