My companion greeted him, explained the scenario and following a thorough attic and roof check, no critter was found and no entry points into the attic area was found. This outcome was welcomed by my companion. Paul was very professional and offered the company's assistance should any future concerns arise. When I asked what happens if I'm not happy with the job, Calvin said it would be no problem to discontinue. They claim to service from property line to property line but yet, I have the same pests as I did before. Due to this, I called to cancel my service after 2 full servicing's and one spot treatment and not seeing a reduction in pests. Nothing is more frustrating than paying for a service and still have to deal with the inconvenience in which the service is suppose to alleviate. During the cancelation, I was told I would be responsible for the cancelation fee, to which I was reluctant because they were not providing the services they had promised and there for not holding up their end of the deal. I can understand differently if it was due to my own reasons and not the quality of service they are providing. Regardless of my position on the cancelation fee, their contract states I have 30 days to remit payment, but ins"

"They lied and took my money. I was told I had a level 2 in a rental house I only lived in for 3 months. I paid over $200 and still saw roaches every day. The tech said I wouldn’t take them with me if I moved because it wasn’t that bad. Moved into a brand new house and saw a roach in the kitchen within 3 days. When I called to see if they would help me, the rep on the phone was very rude and unprofessional and basically said no but would have someone call me. I reached out for help only to be robbed and to have to pay someone else for the same thing. Don’t hire these guys, they don’t care about their customers after they get their money."

The way charged me approximately $350 just for the replacement part. Not the service charge, not the diagnostic service, both of those were $100 each. Just the part. I looked up the actual cost of that small canister. About $20. So, while appreciate them coming out and fixing what was wrong, I am furious that they price gauge the way they do.
