"When Greg arrived to review the project, he was very clear that they may not be able to lift my driveway where it met the street curb if it was dowelled into the street concrete. But I insisted they try it anyway. Sure enough he was correct, but we did get some improvement further up the driveway. The front walkway was a terrible tripping hazard due to tree roots and Southern Concrete Raising lifted and leveled the sections perfectly level and smooth. The crew was on time, professional, and thoroughly cleaned up work sites. Well done!"

"Ty came out and after talking to me and taking some measurements, since the whole house was on a tilt from front to back, respectfully suggested that it would cost too much money to repair and that it was probably not worth it on an older home. He suggested that if we can live with it, that we should just do some cosmetic repairs. He even made some suggestions on how best to make these repairs by not just spackling, but actually replacing sections of drywall since the points were already weak. I really appreciated the honesty and feedback on how best to proceed."

Our doors now shut and the cracks are significantly narrowed (just needing float, tape, texture, and paint repair on cracks). They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
