Home Theater Surround Sound System Installation
Benchmark Communications was scheduled to come back to finish the job on a 8/02/2018 which was a week after the equipment was installed. I sent Mr. Thompson a text the day before to confirm the time so I could schedule my day. He told me the was booked solid the next three weeks! After I sent him a text informing him of my displeasure of blowing me off and that I would give him a negative review. He said he was too busy with other customers but would come back when he could. I told him to forget it and to expect a negative review. Terrible customer service! Don't pay this guy until the job is finished!!

"We apologize that you were dissatisfied with our services. We did complete your job for the quoted estimate you received. You are giving a review on password dissatisfaction. We attempted to assist you with app and password setup as you said you did not know how. Upon initial setup (1st visit) you could not provide us with your correct network password therefore the Wifi passwords could not be setup on your TV and audio receiver. We then came to your location (2nd visit) at no charge to help set up your passwords. At this point your network was going up and down and you stated you were going to get your service provider to come out and look."
