Real Green Pest Control and Lawn Care has been providing a green approach since 1989; well before when "Green" was cool. With over 30 trucks in our fleet, we are large enough to get it done in a timely manner, but small enough to give you the personal service you deserve and want. Family owned by Jerry Naiser, an ISA Certified Arborist, Texas Forestry Certified Oak Wilt Specialist and Texas Certified Master Gardener.

I've only ben a customer for a couple of months and it is winter time, so there has not been any real visible change in the way my yard looks. I am very hopeful that by treating the yard through the winter period, that in the spring the grass will spring forth beautifully!, with no weeds!!

We hired Real Green to help control the weeds creeping into our yard from the rental next door. After several months of treatment, we could not see a difference in our lawn. We reviewed our security cameras and noticed the technician was not spot treating for the weeds. We contacted a supervisor, who came to our house, inspected our lawn, reviewed the security footage and agreed the yard needed more treatment. He spot treated the lawn himself and scheduled the technician to return in 10-14 days. The technician came as promised and the security cameras show him treating the yard in a satisfactory manner. He apparently was bitter about our complaint and left a nasty note on our invoice. Our HOA requires us to maintain our yard. It is mowed once a week during the spring/summer months. As shown in the first attached picture, the tech indicated that we needed to mow our yard better in order to control the weeds. EXCUSE ME MR. TECHNICIAN! Our yard IS mowed and I hired YOU to help with controlling the weeds. The other attached picture is from the security camera of the tech treating the yard on the day he left the note. Does our yard look like it is not mowed? We were already unhappy with your service but decided to give the company a chance to remedy our dissatisfaction. This note took it over the top. Bye-bye Real Green. YOU ARE FIRED!

We loved the results of our lawn. We did have to call them out extra times because weeds were not going away. Our problem was with the last conversation with customer service. Our contract was up and I asked how many treatments we had left, they told us 2. When they came for the last teatime they they left a bill. I called and they looked it up and said “yes we went back and listened to the conversation and I was told I had 2 treatments left but I was mistaken on the date” They told me I was mistaken and I still had to pay for the last treatment. I was very disappointed in that type of customer service.

The next service, being the one you're speaking of, was the third treatment and wasn't covered under your prepay. Without knowing that you didn't want to renew, our services are automatically continuous unless we're notified otherwise. Rep came out to look at the lawn and quoted me a price for all their services. After reviewing other quotes I called Real Green and advised them I wanted to hire them. They came out within 3-4 days to give the lawn 1sr treatment. Very efficient and courteous employees.

Real Green is superb, they do want they say and come back to make sure that the customer is satisfied and that the job is done right. I would highly recommend them. I have tried all the other lawn service companies, but have found Real Green to be the best.

I have been using Real Green for both pest control and lawn fertilization for a couple of years now. Really have had no excitement from insects over that period and that is what you hope for. Lawn has looked great as well. We had one instance where we had a patch of lawn with some weeds and they were here twice a week until the weeds were gone. Very committed to their performance and very focused on resolution when necessary. Great job!

Their rep came out, diagnosed the problem as TakeAll Patch, and recommended a one-year treatment plan. I prepaid the $600 fee. Over the next year they did several treatments including aeration, fertilization and weed control. The yard looks worse now than it did before they began. I complained. All they offered is “maybe a discount” on more treatments. I complained again. I have not received any value for what I’ve already paid. Why would I pay more? I requested they escalate to their leaders. No response. 5/10/18 Left voicemail for owner Jerry Naiser. No response. 5/17/18 Opened BBB complaint and notified Real Green of this. 5/21/18 Real Green Operations Mgr came out to look at yard. He confirmed the original diagnosis of Take All patch. They are going to start over, redo the entire treatment program plus add sphagnum peat to adjust soil ph, all at no additional charge. They will have management monitoring progress as they go. He said all the right things. We will see! I will update this review again after the services are complete

We use Real Green to do fertilizing, pest control and treatments to our shrubs and trees. They treat our trees, our shrubs, our grass and they do pest control for us. We are on a year program, so every few months as the seasons change they come in and they do treatments. They do both outside and inside, it’s all part of one program. I believe it’s about a little over $100 a month and it covers all the services. I get emails telling me when they are coming.

Very poorly. Lots of talk of quality care with little to show for it. Múltiple applications seemed to be hurriedly done, usually 10 minutes or less. One application of fértilizer sol was mostly left in small mounds along lawn. I had to rake it. Although I watered and pared for my lawn. There's little to show for an over $700 investment.

Ants are now gone. I wasn't here for the service call so I don't know how the tenant and service person interacted but there were not complaints from the tenant. Scheduler called tenant and worked out the time for call. Scheduled within hours - call was a week later, don't know if service was busy or tenant wasn't available before then.
