I’ve worked in construction since 2016 straight out of high school I currently work for a construction contractor but I am looking to take on other projects and continue to make customers proud , I’m very flexible, reliable and responsive. Very easy to get along with. The company that I currently work for understands that I do side projects, and supports it. U can look us up @ Quality Remodel San Antonio “QRSA” on google. "It was refreshing to work with Carson. He was here when he said he would and did more than he was hired for. After power washing the house the painting job was excellent. His attention to all details including cleanup was superb. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs painting services at a very reasonable price."

"It is a discount place for members. It was less than half the price of other companies. It was ridiculously cheap. We bought it for wholesale and we had the guy come out from there and the contractor too. It was good and they did a very good job with inexpensive price."

Deck Staining questions, answered by experts

While the answer varies based on weather, 10 a.m. is a good time to start painting. The dew will have dried, meaning there’s no moisture on the house, and the temperature will likely be moderate and the sunlight less direct. Starting mid-morning should also give you enough daylight and pleasant weather to work on the job for several hours.

Whether you can paint over your existing paint depends on what’s on there. Most of the time, you’ll want to sand down or scrape off the paint that’s currently coating your surface. Epoxy paint, for example, won’t let new paint stick to the surface. Latex paint is more forgiving and will accept a new coat, but a primer is recommended if you’re switching colors.

It’s best to use an exterior latex acrylic paint to promote maximum adhesion to composite decking. This flexible paint type can better cope with the natural expansion and contraction that can occur with composite deck boards. Oil-based paints won’t adhere as effectively and are more likely to crack and peel as the boards flex. Testing whether your chosen paint will stick on an inconspicuous section or a spare board is a good idea.

No, you don't need to stain Ipe decking, although you can if you want to change the color. You will, however, need to apply a UV coating if you don't want the natural color to fade. Speak to a deck staining specialist near you to discuss the best options if you want to stain your decking. And remember that you’ll need to seal your Ipe wood deck annually to protect it from scratches and Mother Nature.

Always sand a deck before repainting so the wood is smooth and ready for paint. While you do not need to fully remove paint before repainting, sanding helps remove any areas with weather and sun damage. Sanding also helps remove chipped or flaking paint and opens the wood pores to improve paint adhesion.
