It turns out that we had a bolt still attached underneath the sink from a previous water filter installation. We needed a different type of bolt and he switched the bolts for free! "Smoothly. They arrived around 2PM and had done what they could by 9PM. They determined they needed an extra air intake and weren't prepared to install that day. They left with the unit fully operational if not operating at full tonnage. The installation was finished without a hitch at the soonest time I had available. They were very careful not to leave dirt or to damage any surfaces and were courteous and helpful throughout. Installation was of a 4 ton SEER 18 unit. Quality of the installation is excellent."

Approximately 75 ft under a sidewalk and around sprinkler system. Took some work but there was damage to anything. Replaced line, got city approval, covered trench. All in all a great job.
