He told me what the problem was with both of the sinks, gave me an estimate and explained the options for repairs and payment plans which fit my budget very well; since the sink faucets were the original ones, he explained how putting new faucets on would be a good option since they payment option I chose included a two year warranty on parts and labor and the new faucets are beautiful and a well known, high quality and reliable brand; all shut off valves under both sinks were replaced with high quality parts as well.
