Pipe Repair
Our warranty company hired them to replumb one of our master bath sinks. On the day of the initial assessment/estimate, we were told they had to reschedule due to the technician having an emergency. Once the work was approved & scheduled we were once again told they had to reschedule due to the technician having an emergency. Not sure how you know on Friday that you have an emergency on Monday. They finally come to do the work & the guy sits in our driveway for 20 min & leaves. He supposedly needed parts & might be back after looking at Home Depot or they might have to order parts. He didn't return. We get rescheduled for 2 weeks later. No calling to ask if the day works, just this is your day. We got a call that he'd be there in 5 min. He showed up 40 min later w/ Home Depot bags so the whole having to order parts was BS. He was cutting pipes in our bathroom & didn't clean any of the shards up. Not exactly nice or safe. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I would not even give them one star, as they didn’t even showed up, they did not call to apologize . I didn’t go to work and waited all day. Worse company! Don’t book with them

Absolutely terrible. I would put zero stars if I can. they were assigned by my home warranty after we suspected a gas leak in the kitchen. The guy showed up with no equipment. Not interested at all. Put in some soap and said he cannot see a leak. He didn't do any further check and he put myself and my family at great danger as it turns out (When I got a real plumber) there was actually a significant gas leak. Save yourself and find someone else. They have no idea what they are doing.

My home warrany company asiggned AZ Plumbing to replace my kitchen faucet. They didnot show up duringthentime frame 8am to 12pm. I called them andwastold that I spoke to a technician the day before, I screamed and yelled at the technician and they called AHS and cancelled my appointment. :( This is the biggest Lie have ever heard in my life. They almost had me believing it. I had to rub my head because I did not speak with anyone. I only responded to a text message to confirm the appointment. It's obvious the company does not have a good track record because if they did , they would have a good clientile and would not have to rely and doing business for AHS. My advice to all potential clients, run for your life. Another note,, if they had done a good job on the last replacement, I would be in thesituation I'm in. Best Wishes. Rub for your Life!!!

My home warranty company hired this company and it was a disaster from the beginning. The first day they were suppose to show up between 8-12. By 11:55 I was still waiting so I called for them to inform me that they’d have to reschedule. I had to wait another week. They replaced the water heater and all parts except the drain pan. The drain pan is as old as the replaced water heater in which they left with standing water and its rusted. I’ve called and spoken with Randy each time and he has no customer service skills and has yet to call me back in regards to this issue. They did inform me I would need to pay a reinstall fee for them to replace the pan that should’ve been replaced to begin with.

I have never been so upset in my life. My warranty company hired this clown of a company. To come out and check my garbage disposal and they determine that it needed to be replaced that was on May 20th. I have a catering company I'm having to work out of a commercial kitchen because these F...... clowns have not come back yet they will not answer the phone. It is now June 3rd I have called the First American company and they telling them one thing and tell the customer something else the only way to communicate with them is by text. My mistake was paying up front.

They fixed the wrong shower and then refused to fix the other one stating they had already fixed it even though it was the wrong one. Their customer service skills are horrible. They like to text and not call customers. The texting person named Rene even sent me a text in ALL CAPS as if she was yelling at me. I then tried calling and the gentleman I spoke to name Randy constantly interrupted me and talked over me. Horrible customer service! Do not use them!

They were great. They were very professional and efficient. So efficient that they found a few other things wrong with the water heater they were replacing and were able to give us a few other recommendations.

They also called to say they were on the way in 20 minutes but then called five minutes later to say he had been there but no one is home. I told her (Kate) to tell him to come back and she said Oh he is already at next customer working. How is that all possible in five minutes. Help yourself, choose a different company.

A kid showed up and snaked out my washing machine drain (after I showed him that yes, I did have a washout plug) and said it was fixed. Left dirty fingerprints on washer, etc.
The next time I washed clothes the water overflowed the drain again, just like before. I recalled them via my home warranty company and the same young man came out again.
He snaked it a while and then said he would return with a longer snake. I got a call from home warranty company who said the plumber reported I needed a roof vent clean out and it would cost $450 because warranty did not cover that. I declined.
I called out another plumber who checked it out and said nothing was wrong with drain and showed me it was draining fine. I hadn't checked it because when told previously that it was fixed, it wasn't. So I didn't even try it because I had been told it wasn't fixed.
The last plumber charged me $129 just for coming out. Filed complain with home warranty but they would only refund my service charge of $60.
Do not use AZ for plumbing stoppages.

American Home warranty send this company out to my home to service a toilet that was clogged. The person used a metal "snake" to unclog the toilet and in the process scratched up the bottom of the inside of the porcelain toilet. I contacted Simon Leizgold, the manager, and he sent the same person back out to repair the damage. The repair consisted of him placing a "clump" of white type paint over the scratches. He said it would smooth out and would not be noticeable and that of course was not the case. I have sense learned, by speaking with several other plumbers, that it is or should be common knowledge that metal devices to unclog a toilet should never be placed directly into a porcelian toilet because it will scratch it up. The toilet is in the half bath and frequently used. I had to replace the toilet since it can not be repaired. I contacted Mr Leizgold with AZ plumbing, sent hime the invoice for the cost of the toilet and requested they reimburse me the $55 service charge and the cost of the new toilet, $666. I did not ask to be reimbursed for the instillation costs. I contacted American Warranty also and they contacted Mr Leizgold, who stated I had never sent him any photos, which is not accurate. So, I again sent him photos of the damaged toilet and so called "repaired" toilet. He stated "Alex our field supervisor will advise on our next move". I am waiting to hear back from them. I am amazed that the "plumber" did this in the first place and also that the company seems reluctant to take responsibility and issue me an immediate reimbursement. I have attached photos of the damage and the "repair.
