"Excellent job.  They taped everything off, no spills.  They did not do the trim, only walls, and there was no bleedover onto any trim or any of my furniture or fixtures.  They even removed and reinstalled the tv mount so as not to get any paint on it and to ensure the wall was uniformly painted.  They fixed all dings in my wall to perfection, including some pre-existing sheet rock damage. 
They truly went above and beyond.  The paint job looks great.  They also worked FAST and were done 2 hours before they said they would be.  Worked through lunch.

"Of all the contractors that worked hard to remodel my kitchen, Mr. Jose Lopez of High Quality Sheetrock Repair, was my favorite. After the old counter-top and old back-splash tile was removed, Mr. Lopez removed the damaged drywall and replaced it. He carefully cut around the electrical receptacles and the plumbing supply lines to avoid leaving large gaps. He made sure that the drywall was straight so that the new counter-top will lay flush against the wall. He aligned the seams to provide a smooth surface on which to install the new tile back-splash. When told that the new tile may be glass tile, he returned with paint and painted the new drywall white to ensure consistent coloration of the translucent tile. He charged no extra fees for the painting work. The beautifully laid and finished kitchen counter-top and back-splash tile are a testament to Mr. Lopez's forethought, conscientious attitude and careful attention to detail."

"Good work in a reasonable amount of time, and trustworthy. Expect some possible minor broken items such as electrical wall plates, as they need to remove all items from the walls in order to do the job well. In my opinion, it was forgivable as it speaks to their thoroughness in the painting process. Just plan for it. Overall, I would hire them again."

"Jose and his assistant removed the shed doors that we painted ourselves a long time ago and paint had been coming off. They then sanded them and re-painted them. At the same time, the walkway from the sidewalk outside our side garage door to the patio on the other side of the gate, was being worked on. After removing some soil in order to place the pavers stones level with our sidewalk, they placed sand down, then placed the stones on. After that, they placed some gravel/sand material in between the stones to make them more stable. After the paint dried on the shed doors, they put them back on the shed. Also Jose helped us with replacing our old worn out shocks on our front and back storm doors which we had already purchased and had them on hand for him to install.

"We are very pleased with all of the work done by Miguel and his crew. They work long hours and straighten up after each day of work is completed. Miguel has a good eye for cabinet design and custom built our cabinets with solid wood. They also carefully removed the cabinets underneath our granite countertops to save them for reuse in the new kitchen. Miguel is easy to work with and his crew is pleasant and respectful. We highly recommend them!"

"I had a cabinet door with broken hinges and several others with loose hinges.  Oscar replaced the broken hinges and exchanged the loose hinges.  I also had a section of caulk in a shower panel that needed to be removed and replaced.  He did not have the actual white caulk that I had expected him to have (I had called to verify he would have bathroom/waterproof caulk but did not specify the color because I thought the caulk only came in white and he would know what I need).  He did have clear caulk or maybe it was a glue.  I do not remember that detail at this moment but I do remember he said it would last longer than the caulk that he removed.  I also had a ceiling fan light that was not working that I wanted him to fix.  I had read in the owner's manual that flashing light bulbs means the electrical wiring needs repairs.  I had also asked if this repair could be done when I was scheduling the appointment and was told yes.  Oscar could not fix it and said a part, I think it was the transmitter or something like that, needed to be replaced.  I had him remove the ceiling fan and reinstall the original light fixture (I needed light in the room).  I rated punctuality with a B because he was a little late.

Oscar was more than willing to do the work I requested and he had a very good attitude.  I was a little disappointed that he could not fix the ceiling fan and that he did not have the white caulk/glue.  But, at the same time, it was a very good price for the amount of work done and he was very polite and cooperative. "

"Mrs. Rachel was very professional from start to finish. She came out to my home walked around inspected the roof, down fence and two broken windows on our home and our guest house that took on damages from hurricane Beryl. Her and the entire team were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. This was the first time I had ever went through something like this. So I was very nervous and had a bunch of questions. The work was all completed absolutely beautifully. I’ve had so many compliments from friends and family when they’ve come to visit. Heck! I’ve even had someone stop me while ping yard work and complement me on what a great roof job. When Mrs. Rachel’s crew began removing and installing the new fence they did not fall short by any means. They made sure that the area for the new fence was well cleared of any over grown weeds and even removed a small weed tree that had grown between mine and the neighbors fencing behind me.
