They interacted well with us and responded well to all of our requests. There were no problems of any sort. The General Manager, Alfredo Flores, was a pleasure to work with. At the time of the original estimate, he showed up on time as promised, was very careful and through in his analysis of what needed to be done and provided a detailed estimate at the end of the same day he visited. "Juan demoed 2 layers of tile in our kitchen/breakfast/laundry/pantry area in record time and removed the debris very timely. Based on all our previous contractors, this was a small miracle!
