SERGIO'S CERAMIC TILE

Our project was very extensive. Mr. Sergio made sure every service was completed with great workmanship. We remodeled a kitchen, added hardwood throughout, changed all 3 restrooms including vanities and new floors. We also added a poolside pergola with a special design in mind. He came to our project daily to oversee all progress and answered every question or concern. Overall we are very satisfied and would reccmmend him to anyone. His prices were excellent as well. He was polite, prompt and very certain oriented. If you want it done right this is your guy !

Everything went as expected, with the exception that they used RTV silicone instead of traditional grout, due to the spacing of the tiles. I was disappointed that we didn't have the conversation about that up front, but at least it looks good. All in all, the job was pretty straight-forward and went well.

Service was done satisfactorily and on time.

Sergio's did an excellent job with my new tile. First, Sergio came out (on time) and spoke with me about the problems I was having with my old floor. I was told when I moved in that there was an acidic condition in the concrete. At that time I had the old floor sealed and replaced with vinyl. Over the years, the vinyl bubbled up and discolored. So I was looking for a permanent fix and Sergio suggested porcelain tile as it will not absorb moisture. He also recommended and quot;green stuffand quot; which is the sealer as an additional measure against the moisture issue. The staff at the office was very friendly and patient with me as I took numerous pieces of tile back and forth while deciding on the right one. Once I chose my tile and placed a deposit the date was set for the install. The installers did a great job. They did not move the hot water tank until the last day for only a few hours. I was prepared for cold showers but it did not come to that, thank goodness. Any and all questions or concerns I had were immediately addressed. The installers put down runners to protect my carpet when they arrived and cleaned up after themselves when they left. They were professional, courteous, arrived on time and did a great job. I will definitely use them again and happily recommend Sergio's Ceramic Tile.

Although scheduled to begin April 21, 2014, the demolition did not start until the 22nd of April. The bath was taken down to the bare studs, old tub and shower removed, toliet removed, old ceramic floor removed, dressing area vanity torn out, plumbing removed, carpet removed. The old popcorn ceiling removed and all walls made ready for new texture and paint. Carpet removed from master closet and linen closet and walls made ready for new texture and paint. New lighting was installed in the bath and master closet, along with new vent and heater, and toliet.
The old tub and shower area was enlarged to a 4' x 5' walk in shower with tile to ceiling and glass panel wall. The floor in the bath, dressing area, master and linen closet were redone with a wood finish ceramic tile. The ceiling was retextured, along with the dressing area and master closet. All retextured walls and ceiling were repainted. The new vanity received granite vanity top.
No remodel goes off without something going wrong, but Sergio and his crews were almost flawless. Only a minor hickup or two that Sergio immediately addressed and corrected. His crews were great, on time, and always cleaned up after themselves each day. The project took about 3 weeks and now we have an absolutely beautiful shower, dressing area and an updated master closet. I would highly recommend Sergio to anyone wanting a remodel that is professionally done by a company that truly cares about their customers. Would I use Sergio's Ceramic Tile in the future, you bettcha' ya. They are the greatest. Thank you Sergio for a job well done.

The counter top is beautiful and was installed perfectly. There was a mis-communication on when the plumber would arrive that caused a delay on hooking up the sink, but was not a large problem. This is the second time that Sergio's has worked at our house and have been wonderful to work with each time.

They showed up on time and installed the carpet as stipulated. The price was as expected, and the quality of the install and carpet was excellent.

Came when they said and did what was discussed. Good job on drywall patches-- matched the texture and paint very well.
Recommended by neighbors. We expect to use them for future work in the kitchen remodel.

We LOVE it! The entry floor is beautiful and the bathroom is GORGEOUS! All the details were done right down to repainting and fixing the existing flooring where the tile was laid. They showed up every day until the job was complete. We are so happy and are saving up for a kitchen remodeling by them.

Sergio was prompt with appointments and showed up to do the work when agreed. They gave us an excellent price and then did a professional job on everything. There were a couple of things that we needed to work out when we did our final walk-through, but they took care of it immediately. We will definately use them again.

COMPANY HAS BEEN A MEMBER OF BBB SINCE NOVEMBER 2002. ARRIVED AS SCHEDULED TO GIVE ESTIMATE ON WORK. HAD TO RESCHEDULE STARTING DAY AT THE LAST MINUTE; SOME CONFUSION THERE. WE WERE TOLD HE USES WORKERS THAT HAVE WORKED FOR HIM FOR MANY YEARS. HIS WORKERS WERE CLEAN, QUIET, POLITE, AND WORKED HARD UNTIL THE JOB WAS FINISHED. IT LOOKS NICE, AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB!
