"When Greg arrived to review the project, he was very clear that they may not be able to lift my driveway where it met the street curb if it was dowelled into the street concrete. But I insisted they try it anyway. Sure enough he was correct, but we did get some improvement further up the driveway. The front walkway was a terrible tripping hazard due to tree roots and Southern Concrete Raising lifted and leveled the sections perfectly level and smooth. The crew was on time, professional, and thoroughly cleaned up work sites. Well done!"

We are in a time when customers are quick to complain and find fault with the quality of work that has been completed. I am doing just the opposite.Abry's team was professional, friendly and very helpful whenever I asked any questions and they took the time to carry on a conversation while they were working. Their work ethic and attention to detail totally impressed me. They put in nine piers and at the end of the day—I can honestly say that there was NO evidence they did any work. Everything was put back and it looked as though nothing was disturbed—right down to the mulch in the landscaped areas. Every one of the individuals I came in contact with at Abry Brothers was helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Beginning with setting up a time for Troy to come out and do an inspection of the foundation. He was very informative and helpful in making a decision to do the foundation repair. Followed by the structural engineer who was also very friendly and went out if his way to schedule a time to meet me at my house. He was patient when I asked questions about the whole process and to verify where the piers needed to be placed. the secretary was great at lining up financing and answering any questions we had about the process. "Foundation was repaired and leveled, but the person who came out to give the quote indicated that the skirting would be repaired and that a rotted beam at the front of the house would be replaced, and that all piers would be strapped with five (5) straps for lateral stability. The piers were replaced but only one strap was used, several of them were broken, and the rotted beam was not replaced. I didn't say anything about it when the repair was done, so they may have fixed those things if I'd been more on the ball about inspecting their work. But I don't think the details of the repair were well communicated to the work crew. The actual installation of the piers went well and the house is still level, so the main purpose of the job was achieved well enough."
