Mallett Buildings recently completed a 5500 sqft building project for us. We could not be happier with the results. We spent a year researching builders and getting over a dozen quotes from various regional builders. I have over 43 years experience in electrical, mechanical, and civil/structural field construction engineering and project management. When comparing not only the $$$ amount of the quotations, but also the type/quality of materials used, the construction techniques utilized, and the engineering basis for the building designs, there was one company that stood head and shoulders above the rest. That company was Mallett Buildings. No one could come anywhere close to the quality of the materials, construction, and what was included in our Premium building package. Every single person we have dealt with has been courteous, prompt, and professional. We had a 100% positive experience with Mallett Buildings, we would use them again without hesitation.

Ordered building in late December, work was completed in less than 2 months. Compared to experience with another builder, Mallet was up-front with the process, paperwork, and cost. They stayed in touch throughout the process and inspected the work several times. Project was completed sooner than expected and contractors were professional and efficient. Will recommend them to anyone looking for a metal building.

Great quality from Lupe’s group as well as the other contractors. Planning and dates were a little challenge, but overall they got the job done.

There were some hiccups but that’s bc at the time we had two hurricanes hit with in two weeks of each other. Other then that we can’t complain and absolutely love our shop! We had a 30x40 with a 20’ gable extension off the front built and only wished we would have went a lil bigger. Great product and one solid building!
