"They began by scraping the existing zoysia and checking the sprinkler system, which was redesigned to ensure that new plants in the two new large beds would be watered correctly.  This included replacing several sprinkler heads with more modern (360 degree) heads which would be more delicate for the smaller plants that were installed in the front of the beds.  They also rerouted existing sprinkler lines and replaced (replumbed) faulty lines.
I am completely delighted with my new environment, which includes two new large, colorful beds with one solar fountain and many bird feeders.  The hummingbird feeders, which were personally chosen by Mr. Seidel, are beautifully designed in different colored glass. The new plants installed in the beds provide cover (perches) for the smaller birds and a variety of colors, which will give pleasure for years to come.
They also trimmed an existing jacaranda tree which had several branches which were drooping close to the lawn primarily to my neighborhood receiving 4 plus inches of rain in one day during their services.  
The crew were outstanding workers who worked tirelessly even though the afternoons got pretty hot (in the 90s).  I would like to particularly thank one of the crew members, Rick, who laid the very large flagstone walkway which starts in my side yard and continues to my back yard deck steps.  Rick is a true craftsman and he mentored one of the younger crew members (nicknamed "Gator") and showed him how to choose the different pieces of flagstone and create "rivers" with the concrete used to set the flagstone on the base.  
This large space has added so much more usable space to my back yard that one of my sisters told me:  "We now have to go to the patio store!"  The new area includes a flagstone bench which Mr. Seidel provided as a special surprise. 
My back yard faces the outside walking trail in the Roseheart community in San Antonio.  Many of the residents were delighted with the transformation of a boring back yard with a terrible slope into a beautiful and livable space (at last!).  I am absolutely delighted with the work done by Precision Lawn & Tree Care and would highly recommend their services."
