"Ok, I can't really Say I hired them. But during a holiday We called our home owner insurance and they sent out a plumber which quoted us $7000 to repair our Main Water Leak. I paid them for the service call ; and sent them on their way. I call Straight Flush Plumbing the following hour not realizing it was a holiday. Kevin and I texted almost half the day July 4th scheduling a time to come out. During a Storm I was greeted by the service guy which informed me that the problem was a coupler on the water meter. I could have been out $7000 dollars but they were truthful to tell me the issue was in the hands of the city. I was grateful to only pay the service fee; but I would have given them more so here is my recommendation. 5 stars."

"Fred, the owner/sales rep was amazing and even came out a second time for us to review and discuss all options once again. Although Will, our installation guy, had gotten delayed everything turned out well. From the time Will arrived, he was very professional, neat as he kept cleaning up any mess made and took time to answer any/all questions which we both had. We had another competitor, started with a C, while in East TN and loved the system with not too many issues. However, upon doing research here and having a water bill, the fact that Kinetico uses the force of the water for regeneration and to clean only made sense; plus the fact that it uses very little water, purified water as well in order to clean - this was important to us. We've not seen our water bill increase but a few cents and three months later, still not had to add salt. GREAT JOB!"

"Dustin came into our lives completely by accident, as we were attempting to chase down the original company who installed our water softener. Turns out the original company is now out of business - but that didnâ t stop Dustin from helping us! If anything, it made him even more determined to help fix our issue. What really impressed me what Dustinâ s customer service, even though we had never technically been customers. He is such a gentleman and is incredibly professional, going so far as to patch up our system as much as he could without having the correct parts (he doesnâ t sell this brand, but he STILL went out of his way to help us as much as possible!) Unfortunately our water softener is on its way out. But even so, I consider it a win since we will DEFINITELY be calling Pure Southern Water when the end finally comes! If they take such amazing care of folks who arenâ t even technically customers, I know weâ ll be extremely well taken care of when we buy our replacement water softener through them! Thanks Dustin!! "The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."

"They were responsive and did great work with a quick turnaround. Our water heater went out and they came out the next day to do the work. Once it determined that the entire water heater needed to be replaced, they kept me updated on when they would be receiving the new equipment and how soon i would be available for them to install it, which was at my earliest convenience, and they actually waited for me to be home to get the install done.. I highly recommend them, and will keep their number in my contacts for future work...etc."
